Ran second leg of the DMR that placed 15th (12:12.26) at the ECAC Championships and also boasted 500m PR (1:15.76) for 20th at ECACs... Ran leadoff leg of 4x8 (9:22.69) that took seventh for two points at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also took eighth in the 500m (1:16.85) at A-10s... Posted season-best 800m (2:17.61) at the Armory during the Lafayette/Rider Invitational... Overcame injury to boast four consecutive top-three performances - two relays and two individual - to start personal season in late January... Indoor 2012-13: Led the team in 400m (57.35) and ranked second on team in 800m (2:24.23)... Anchored 4x400m relay team that broke its own school record (3:49.60) in event at the 2012-13 ECAC Indoor Championships... Took fifth place in the 400m with a personal-record 57.35 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Anchored 4x400m relay team that originally broke SJU's nine-year school record in event with new time of 3:51.09 at Penn State National Invitational... Also ran second leg of season's fastest DMR that won event (11:53.95) and ran season-best 500m in 1:16.73 to take sixth at Penn State... Took third in 800m (2:24.23) to place third at Delaware Invitational.

Outdoor 2012: Recorded personal bests in 200m (26.97) at the Delaware Open and 400m (57:83) at Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season best in 800m (2:24.83) at Lafayette 7-Way... Part of distance medley relay team that timed in at 11:49.40 at Penn Relays... Part of 4x400m relay that posted a season best 3:54.15 at Atlantic 10 Championships... Recipient of SJU Dorie Leahy Award.

Indoor 2011-12: Part of DMR that broke school record in event by just over three seconds (11:45.91)... Posted team bests in 500m (1:17.87) at Princeton 4-Way and 600m (1:41.82) at New Year's... Competed in 800m for a season best time of 2:23.23 at Giegengack... Part of 4x400m relay team that clocked in at 3:58.77 at Atlantic 10 Championships.

Outdoor 2011: Posted season best in the 800m (2:24.53) at Delaware.

Indoor 2010-11: Ran a team best 300m (42.93) at New Year's... Posted personal bests in the 400m (1:00.1) at Penn State Nationals and in the 500m (1:16.51) at Princeton.

High School/Personal: Named school's Athlete of the Year as a senior... Holds school records in 400m dash, 4x100m relay, and 4x200m relay... Named Oregonian News Athlete of the Week as a junior... Placed second in 400m dash for three consecutive seasons at district meet to earn All-Metro honors three straight times... Two-time Junior Olympics regional champion in 400m and won 800m in 2009... Four-year varsity letterwinner...Also lettered in cross country, soccer, and swimming... Majoring in elementary and special education.
