2019-20 (Game-by-Game): Casey was one of four Devils to appear in all 26 games as a junior, making 21 starts and leading USciences with an average of 1.3 steals per game, good for 18th in the CACC. He was also second on the team in assists per game (2.8), third in minutes per game (23.9) and 3-pointers (25), and fourth in points per game (7.0) and rebounds per game (3.3). Casey enters his senior season ninth in program history with 122 career 3-pointers.
- Tied his season-best with 19 points, while nearing a triple-double with eight rebounds and a team-high six assiss, against Holy Family (2/18)
2018-19 (Game-by-Game): Casey appeared in all 28 games for the Devils in 2018-19, starting all but one. He led the team in assists per game (4.5), steals per game (1.5), free throws made (105) and minutes per game (35.1), and was second with an 80.2 free throw percentage, all of which ranked in the top-11 of the CACC. Casey also ranked second on the team with 12.9 points per game and 46 3-pointers, and third with 3.9 rebounds per game. He enters his junior season 10th in program history with 97 career 3-pointers.
- Neared a triple-double with 17 points, a career-best nine rebounds and a game-high eight assists at Wilmington (2/19)
- Neared a triple-double in win over Georgian Court, leading the Devils with 21 points, a game-high eight assists and seven rebounds (1/30)
- Made a career-best six 3-pointers en route to 19 points against Wilmington (1/16)
- Sent the game to overtime with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer in an eventual win at Georgian Court. His 21 points on 7-of-10 shooting, including 3-of-5 3-pointers and 4-of-4 free throws, were one shy of a career-best. The sophomore added seven rebounds and a game-high six assists (1/8)
- Dished out a career and game-high nine assists to go along with two steals in home-opener against Kutztown (11/14)
- Game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer gave USciences its first win of the year, 69-67 over Southern Connecticut State. Capped a performance in which the sophomore led all players with 19 points, and he also had a game-high five steals, a new career-best, as well as five rebounds, three assists and a career-high two blocks.
- Went 13-for-17 from the free throw line at Bridgeport en route to leading all players with 20 points, two shy of a career-high. His eight assists were a new career-best, and the sophomore also added four rebounds, a steal and a block (11/10)
2017-18 (Game-by-Game): Casey started in all 26 of his appearances his freshman season and averaged 36.2 minutes per game, second on the team and seventh in the conference. He was fourth on the team in scoring at 11.3 points per game. The rookie was USciences' main threat from 3-point range this season as he averaged a team-high 2.0 triples per game on 40.5 percent shooting, numbers that ranked 20th and 11th in the conference, respectively. Casey was also in the top-22 of the league in both assists (2.8) and steals per game (1.1), numbers that both ranked second on the team.
- Was in double-figures with 14 points, tying his career-high with four 3-pointers on seven attempts in CACC Quarterfinal upset of top seed Bloomfield (2/27)
- Tied career-highs with eight rebounds and four assists in win at Nyack (2/17)
- Casey's 22 points and 4-of-5 3-pointers in victory at Concordia were both new career-highs (2/3)
- Made 6-of-7 free throws over the final 1:03 to seal victory at Felician. Tied his career-high with eight rebounds to fall two boards short of his first career double-double with 13 points (1/20)
- Hit two free throws with 10 seconds remaining that turned out to be the game-winning points in one-point victory over Holy Family (1/16)
- Scored 12 of his game and career-high 18 points during a 24-2 run late in the second half of comeback win over Georgian Court. Matched his career-best with four steals and added three assists and a block (12/9)
- Three-point play with 16 seconds remaining broke a 56-56 tie and turned out to be the eventual game-winner in win over Georgian Court (12/5). Part of team-best 15-point performance in which 13 of his points came in second half (12/5)
- Tied new season-high with 16, while making 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, in CACC-opening win at Holy Family. Also dished out four assists to match his season-best for the fourth time (12/2)
- Shot 7-of-12 en route to tying his season-high of 16 points in comeback win at Pitt-Johnstown. Was second on the team with eight rebounds and added three assists and two steals (11/26)
- 11 points to go along with four rebounds and a season-best four assists in overtime win over Lincoln in home-opener (11/19)
- In his first career game a Devil in season-opening win over LIU Post he got the start and played 36 minutes, providing 13 points, including 3-of-4 3-point sheeting, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals (11/10)
