Outdoor 2014: CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee... CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team selection... ECAC qualifier in 4x4... Ran third leg of 4x4 that placed fourth (3:49.21) at Atlantic 10 Championships... Also took top-20 finishes in 4x1 and 200m at A-10s... Ran legs on both the 4x1 and 4x4 at the Penn Relays... Competed for the 4x100m relay at the Penn Relays… Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that took fourth (3:53.13) at the Larry Ellis Invitational... Ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay that won the silver (4:02.63) at the Delaware Outdoor Open… Also ran leadoff leg of 4x100m relay that took third (48.95) and took fourth-place finish in 400m (59.51) at Delaware… Took third in the 100m (12.43 PR) and fifth in 200m (25.67) at Lafayette 7-Way Invitational... Also ran first leg of 4x100m relay that took fourth (49.01) at Lafayette... Recipient of SJU's Academic award.

Indoor 2012-13: Led team in 200m (26.26), tied for team lead in 60m (8.08), and ranked second on team in 300m (42.45)... Ranked third on team in 400m (59.48, PR)... Placed fourth with a personal-record 8.08 in the 60m at Haverford's Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2012: Member of 4x100m relay that clocked in at 48.15 at Colonial Relays... Recipient of SJU's Academic Award.

Indoor 2011-12: Posted personal bests in 55m (7.48) at Jack Pyrah and 60m (8.10) at Armory... Led all SJU runners in 200m with season-best time of 25.99 at PSU Relays... Also finished first out of all SJU runners in 300m (41.49) at New Year's... Part of 4x400m relay team that finished in 3:57.73 at Giegengack... Recipient of SJU Academic Award.

2010-2011 (Monmouth University): Freshman record holder for the 300m dash... ECAC qualifier for indoor 4x4 and 4x1 relays... Member of All Conference winning distance medley relay team for indoor NEC's... Contributed to Monmouth winning the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Captained the track team junior and senior years... Held fastest times in the conference each of her four years in the 100m and 200m dash... Earned Sprinter of the Year award all four years while making the newspaper All-Star Team freshman, junior, and senior years... Led team to conference championship senior year... Transfer from Monmouth University... Majoring in history.
