#3 Hawks Visit Rival Villanova on Monday in Nationally-Televised Contest

PHILADELPHIA (2/1/04) - Philadelphia Big 5 rivals Saint Joseph's, the nation's third-ranked team, and Villanova will square off in a highly-anticipated contest on Monday, February 2 before a national television audience and a sellout crowd at The Pavilion on Villanova's campus. Game time is 8 p.m. with the broadcast on ESPN2. Click here for game notes, and streaming audio.

Close to 2,000 Saint Joseph's fans are expected to watch the game on four large screens and enjoy a game-like atmosphere at Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse. Fans can pickup their tickets at the SJU ticket office during the day on Monday. Doors open at 7 p.m. at the Fieldhouse.

The 18-0 Hawks own the longest winning streak in school history, and are one of two unbeaten teams in the nation. SJU is 1-0 in the Big 5.

Villanova is 12-7 overall and 3-0 in the Big 5.

Last season, Saint Joseph's scored a 92-75 win over Villanova at the Palestra.

In addition to the game, ESPN2 will also cover the festivities at the Fieldhouse.
