2011: Joined Saint Joseph's after two seasons at the University of Missouri...Competed in four meets...Finished seventh overall (15:53.80) in 5k at Charlotte Duels...Ran a season-best 8k (25:53.9) at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Clocked in at 25:56 in the mile at the IC4A Championships.

2009-11 (Missouri): Walk-on member of the cross country and track teams as a freshman and member of the varsity cross country team as a sophomore.

High School/Personal: Placed second at 2008 Cross Country Pennsylvania State Championships...Placed fifth at conference championships for cross country in 2008 and 2007 and was twice named to All-Conference First Team for cross country...Served as the lead-off leg of distance medley relay team that won the 2007 Indoor State Championship, recording the fastest time in the country for the season...Finished second in the mile at the 2007 Outdoor Track Conference Championships, setting meet, school, and state records...Named to All-Conference First Team for outdoor track as a junior...Three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and senior team captain in cross country...Majoring in marketing.
