Meyers, a 2007 graduate and 12-time letterwinner of the men's track and cross country teams, enters his sixth season as assistant coach of the Hawks. At Saint Joseph's, Meyers built an impressive résumé of accomplishments on and off the track.
Meyers was a two-time Atlantic 10 indoor 5,000 meter champion, two-time All-Atlantic 10 cross country honoree, and A-10 outdoor 5,000 meter champion. On top of that, Meyers posted outstanding grades at SJU, earning Academic All-Atlantic 10 honors for cross country, indoor and outdoor track for the 2005-06 and 2006-07 campaigns. The academic honors are the most received by any track member at Saint Joseph's.
In May 2007, Meyers graduated with his bachelor's degree in economics. The Bethel Park, Pa. native is currently enrolled in the two-year MBA program at SJU's Haub School of Business.
