Hawks Place in Top Half of Final Five Meets; Team Wins Princeton Invitational
2012: Competed in six races...Posted personal bests in the 5.2 mile at Spiked Shoe Invitational (27:22), 8k at Princeton Invitational (24:59), and 10k at Mid-Atlantic Regional (32:10)...Placed 34th out of 163 runners at Princeton...Placed 60th out of 124 runners at IC4As...Joined Saint Joseph's after four years at Millersville University.
2009-2012 (Millersville): Personal bests came in the 3000m (8:34), 5000m (14:36), 8000m (25:04), 10,000m (31:19)...Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete four times...Named to 2012 All-PSAC Team for 5000m (third place, outdoor)...Selected to 2011 All-Atlantic Regional Team for 5000m (indoor) and All-PSAC 5000m (indoor) for third-place finish...Was a 2011 USTFCCCA All-Academic selection and earned All-PSAC honors for cross country...Also earned All-Atlantic Region Honors for cross country in 2011...Named All-PSAC for 3000m (third place, indoor) and All-PSAC for 5000m (first place, indoor).
