The Athletic Compliance Office functions as a resource to assist and support current SJU student-athletes.  We strongly recommended that you take the time to view the items listed below, in order to learn more about what is permissible for you as a Division I student-athlete.  Should any questions arise, please feel free to contact a member of our office.

Teamworks 

Teamworks is the compliance software system that we use to process many of the workflows or processes we utilize in athletic compliance. Access to the system is via the Nest (under the School Services tab) and below are few examples of workflows that are assigned to you during the year…

• Beginning of the Year Compliance forms (NCAA and SJU – assigned to all SJU student-athletes on a yearly basis and must be completed prior to their participation in college athletics)
• CARA Activity Approver (one student-athlete randomly selected per month to review the CARA activity log submitted by a respective teams coach)
• Student Host (assigned to those serving as a host during recruiting visits to campus)
• Summer Contact Form (assigned to all returning student-athletes prior to the summer)
• Summer/Intersession Request for Funds (assigned to those taking summer and/or intersession courses and seeking the use of athletic scholarship dollars)
