Sportsmanship Agreement
Saint Joseph's University, the Atlantic 10 Conference, and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators. We ask spectators for their cooperation in positively supporting participants and officials. Profane, racial, and sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, or team representatives will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the facility. Ticket Terms & Conditions
The ticket holder (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss and personal injury relating to the ticket's use. Management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket and/or eject or refuse entry to Holder for violation of terms and conditions, facility rules, or misconduct. Holder attests that this ticket has not been purchased by illegal or fraudulent means. Tickets that are lost, stolen counterfeit, or obtained from unauthorized sources will be void. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Tickets are NOT redeemable for cash. The re-sale or attempted re-sale of a ticket at a price higher than appearing here on the premises is grounds for seizure and the ticket being voided without compensation. Saint Joseph's University is not responsible if tickets are lost, stolen, or damaged. Any tickets purchased on secondary websites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.) may not adhere to Saint Joseph's pricing, and Saint Joseph's University is not responsible for fans who pay more than retail price. Holder and holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry; holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims against Saint Joseph's and its representatives. Holder agrees that the facility management, employees, performers, and patron solutions are not liable for injuries, losses, or fraudulent use arising from the purchase of the ticket for the event. Holder shall not sell, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, audio or video recording or other reproduction of the contest for which this ticket is issued. Holder grants Saint Joseph's and its licensees the right to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the event. Spectators are prohibited from the playing area unless properly credentialed or escorted by a member of the management staff. General Admission tickets are "first-come, first-serve" seating and may become standing room admission if designated general admission are at capacity. Holder agrees in consideration of the opportunity to purchase or receive any alcoholic beverage(s) to release Saint Joseph's University and any affiliated service provider from any and all liability related to Holder’s purchase or receipt of such beverage(s). Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms. No re-entry. Time and date are subject to change. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another event.
