Saint Joseph's undergraduate and graduate students can enjoy FREE tickets to home men's and women's basketball games. All students are eligible to claim one (1) free ticket per game.

Activate Your Student Account

Students can follow the steps below to activate their student ticket account:

1. CLICK HERE or visit SJUHawks.com/studenttix
2. At the bottom of the login page, select Register Your Student Account
3. Enter your student ID number and click Activate
   • If you receive a notification that “the customer number is already activated,” you already have an active student account
   • Return to the student login page and click Forgot Password to reset your login information
4. Complete the required contact information and click Next
5. You can now claim your FREE student tickets

Claiming Your Student Ticket

Students can follow the steps below to claim their FREE student ticket for each home game:

1. CLICK HERE or visit SJUHawks.com/studenttix
2. Login to your student ticket account using your student ID number and password
   • If you have trouble logging in, please follow the steps above to activate your student ticket account or to update you password
3. If you have not done so, complete the required contact information and click Next
4. Select a game and click Find Tickets
5. Reserve your student ticket and click Add to Cart
6. Tickets will be emailed to the email address provide upon activation
7. Enjoy the Game!

Student Entrance and Section

Students may enter through the main entrance of Hagan Arena (facing Sweeney Field) and must have their ticket scanned upon entry. The official Saint Joseph’s student section is located in sections 116-118 and 216-218. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Student Guest Tickets

Students who wish to purchase additional tickets for visiting family or friends may do so by contacting the Saint Joseph’s Box Office.
