Biography

A three-time Academic All-American, including a first team citation in 1989, first team All-Atlantic 10, All-Big Five and All-District in 1989... She became a member of the SJU Women's Basketball and Philadelphia Big 5 Halls of Fame in 1995... In her four years of basketball, she helped lead the Hawks to four straight NCAA Tournaments... Was a two-time team captain, Jesuit College Player of the Year in 1988, all-time SJU leader in games played and games started... Ranks third all-time in blocks (80) and fourth in points (1,651) and rebounds (808)... Foley also played professionally in Australia before becoming the head coach at Central Connecticut State... Native of Peabody, Mass. and graduate of Peabody High School.
