2020 (Raced in Spring 2021): SJU's second finisher at the season-opening Spider/Patriot Classic, crossing the five-mile race in 25:31.2 for 33rd overall... SJU's third finisher at the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the five-mile race in a collegiate-best time of 25:08.8 for 18th overall.
2019: Raced seven times and scored in six of those races, including at all three championship meets... Opened season with a fifth-place finish in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational, crossing in a collegiate-best 6k time of 18:57.9 to finish as SJU's #3 runner... Followed up with a strong fifth-place showing at the George Mason Invitational 8k (25:59.8) to finish as SJU's #3 runner... Covered Lehigh's 8k course in 26:08.2 at the Paul Short Run... Placed 52nd at Penn State's National Open 5.2M (26:44.6 PR) to finish as SJU's #3 runner... Placed 37th (26:26.4) at the Atlantic 10 Championship 8k and 93rd (32:30.8) at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship 10k, finishing as SJU's #5 runner at both meets; helped lead the Hawks to a second-place team finish at A-10s... 2017: Raced four times... Ran 16:15.4 for 5k to place 44th in a field of 74 in collegiate debut at the season-opening TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational... Ran the 8k three times... Ran 27:29.5 to place 51st in a field of 79 at the Rider Invitational... Followed up with a time of 26:12 in te open race of the Paul Short Run... Closed season with season-best 8k time of 25:48.0 to place 120th in a field of 205 at the Princeton Invitational.
High School/Personal: 2016 All-Group 2, All-Area, and All-Mercer County First Team selection as a senior… Qualified for the 2016 New Jersey Meet of Champions by running 16:41 for 5k… As a junior, ran a high school-best 5k time of 16:02… Led team to 2015 Mercer County Championship for the first time in school history alongside a 12-0 record and placed in the top 10 in county and sectional meets as a junior… 2014 All-Group 2 Third Team pick as a sophomore… Ran second-fastest time in school history on the state course (16:51, 5k) as a sophomore… Won freshman races at the Randolph Season Opener and Central Jersey Shootout… Set the freshman school record in the 5k (16:56) and set course records for the Cherokee two-mile, Veterans Park, and Goddard State Park… Two-time New Jersey Meet of Champions track and field qualifier… Set school records on the indoor and outdoor DMR and 4x800m relay… Enters collegiate track and field career with PRs in the mile (4:26.59) and 3200m (9:58.26)… Earned four varsity letters in cross country and outdoor track and three varsity letters in indoor track… Captained all three squads as a senior… Volunteered for Robbinsville’s S.O.A.R. program… Two uncles ran for Catholic University of America… One uncle, Tom Caffrey, was the Division III national champion for 1500m… Majoring in mathematics toward secondary education.
