Outdoor 2017: Opened season with a fifth-place finish in the 4x800m relay (8:28.73) and a season-best 1500m time (4:13.86) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Went 16:05.46 for 5000m at the Widener Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Ran the mile twice, clocking in with times of 4:37.83 at the Penn 8-Team Select and 4:40.78 at the Monmouth Winter Open.

Outdoor 2016: Placed 20th in first collegiate 10,000m (34:08.71) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored first-place 4x800m relay (8:10.40) and added season-best 1500m (4:09.26) at the Rider Invitational... Placed seventh in the 5000m (15:22.52) at the Widener Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Raced the mile three times, improving from the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet (4:32.43) to Yale's Giegengack Invitational (4:28.93) to the Monmouth Winter Open (4:28.71)... Ran the leadoff leg of the first-place Distance Medley Relay (10:41.87) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and anchored sixth-place DMR (10:14.95) at Yale... Anchored fourth-place 4x1 Mile Relay (18:12.38) in season debut at the Penn State Relays.

Outdoor 2015: Raced the 1500m in final three races of season... Turned in season-best 1500m (4:05.66) at the Widener Invitational... Also posted 1500m times of 4:07.63 at the Lehigh Games and 4:15.82 at the Rider Invitational... Raced the second leg of the second-place 4x800m relay (8:19.70) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Also turned in 800m performance (2:03.49) at Monmouth... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Raced four times on the season... Raced first collegiate 3000m (9:18.80) in indoor collegiate debut at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Ran second leg of championship 4x8 (8:18.41) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Also placed ninth in first collegiate 800m (2:01.67) at Ursinus... Concluded season with first collegiate indoor mile (4:32.90).

High School/Personal: Three-time Philadelphia All-Catholic and All-District selection for cross country…Two-time Pennsylvania All-State honoree in indoor 4x800m and DMR... Two-time Philadelphia All-Catholic selection for track and field... 2014 Philadelphia Catholic League Champion in indoor mile and 3k… Three-time state medalist and multiple event qualifier… School recordholder in indoor 4x800m, which led the state and ranked fifth in the country in 2013... Enters freshman season at Saint Joseph's with PRs in the 800m (1:59), 1600m (4:18), 3k (8:58), and 3200m (9:25)... Earned 12 letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and served as the senior captain for all three squads... Majoring in accounting.
