2016: Raced four times, which included three 8k meets... Turned in collegiate-best 8k time (28:58.8) at the Rider Invitational, breaking a PR set as a freshman... Opened season at the Friend Big 5 Invitational 6k (24:24.7)... Raced the 8k in 29:42.6 in the open race of the Paul Short Run and concluded collegiate cross country career at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational 8k in 30:00.9... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2015: Did not race... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2014: Competed in four races... Scored in the five-mile run at the IC4A Coaches Race (30:17.0)... Raced the Paul Short (30:08.8) and Princeton Invitational (29:53) open 8k races, placing 408th and 283rd, respectively... Scored at Paul Short... Also took 59th at the Friend Big Five Invitational 6k (23:01.5 PR)... Made both the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

2013: Competed in six of eight races... Placed 22nd (29:05.1, 8k) in the Coaches Race of the IC4A Championship... Took 120th (29:04, 8k) in the open race of the Princeton Invitational... Competed in the open race (31:14, 8k) at the Paul Short Open... Placed 205th (33:42.13, 8k) at the Meet of Champions... Took 76th place (23:36.85, 6k) at the Friend Big 5 Invitational... Checked in with a 41st-place finish (19:29.92, 5k PR) in collegiate debut at the season-opening TCNJ Blue/Gold Classic... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2014.

High School/Personal: Four-time state qualifier in 4x800m relay... Led cross country squad to a 15-3 record en route to a bronze-medal finish at the 2012 Class L Cross Country State Championship... Also helped team to a fifth-place finish at FCIAC and 18th-place finish at the State Open Championship... 2011 All-FCIAC selection in 4x800m relay... Placed 13th in 1000m at 2012 FCIACs... Entered freshman season at SJU with PRs in the 400m (56.6), 800m (2:10), 1000m (2:54), mile (4:57), two mile (10:44), and 5k (17:38)...
