Outdoor 2017: Opened season with a 14th-place finish in the 5000m (15:35.16 PR) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Raced the 1500m (4:21.18) at the Rider Invitational... Ran 5000m (16:26.66) at the Widener Invitational and closed season in the 1500m (4:10.74) at the Lehigh Games... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced twice... Ran collegiate-best mile (5:03.50) in SJU track and field debut at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Closed season with collegiate-best 3000m (9:15.67) for 10th overall at the Monmouth Winter Open.

Outdoor 2016 (Loyola (Md.)): Raced the 3000m twice and the 1500m and 5000m once each... Placed sixth in the 5000m (16:34.37) at the Morgan State Legacy Meet... Finished 21st in the 3000m (9:14.20) at the Colonial Relays... Placed 25th in the 3000m (9:22.85) at the Philadelphia College Classic... Added 1500m performance (4:13.65) at the Lehigh Games.

High School/Personal: Transfer from Loyola (Md.)... Two-time All-Diamond State Conference First Team selection... Led squad to two Diamond State Conference Championship titles... Guided team to runner-up finish at the 2014 DIAA D2 Championships and a third-place finish at the 2015 DIAA D2 Championships...
