Biography
2024-25 (at George Mason):
- Ran in six XC events on the season
- Finished eighth in the 8k at the IC4A/ECAC XC Championship
- Competed in six events during the track season
- Highlighted the year with a fourth place finish in the 10k with a time of 30:51.26 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships
- Also added a 13th-place finish in the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships
2023-24 (at George Mason):
- Ran in four XC events, highlighted by finishing 30th in his freshman season at the Atlantic 10 Championships
- Placed third twice in the 3000m in the indoor season at the VCU Indoor Invitational and George Mason Father Diamond Invitational
- Set a PR in the 10k and placed second at the George Mason Ebanks Invitational
- Competed in eight meets in the indoor/outdoor track season
Background: Graduated from Penncrest High School…primarily competed in the 1600m, 3200m and the 5000m.
