Outdoor 2017: Raced the 1500m three times, turning in a season-best time of 5:05.77 at the Widener Invitational.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the mile three times... Placed ninth in season debut (5:32.42) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Clocked in at 5:32.71 at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and 5:41.38 at the Wagner Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Raced the 1500m (5:05.67) at the Widener Invitational.

Indoor 2015-16: Raced the mile (5:30.01) for 38th at the Penn State Relays.

Outdoor 2015: Raced the 1500m three times... Turned in season-best 1500m (5:00.50) in outdoor debut at the Monmouth Season Opener... Also posted 1500m performances at the Rider Invitational (5:04.61) and Widener Invitational (5:11.55)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Raced the mile twice on the season... Made indoor collegiate debut in the mile (4:53.02 PR) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Posted other mile (5:26.18) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic.

High School/Personal: Two-time Division 4 MIAA Eastern State Cross Country Championships qualifier... Member of 2013 Bay State Conference indoor champion team... Earned nine varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and served as the captain of all three squads as a senior... Entered freshman season at Saint Joseph's with PRs in the 5k (17:29) and two mile (10:39)... Cousin, Sam, runs cross country and track and field at Tufts University... Majoring in international business.
