Outdoor 2019: Ran the first leg of the first-place 4x800m (8:13.55) at the Rider Invitational… Earned a personal-best 1500m (4:01.77) at Widener Invitational… Earned a season-best 800m finish (1:59.42) at the Rider Invitational.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Ran a personal-best 1000m (2:31.59) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships earning a 12^th-place finish… Ran the 800m four times with a season-best (1.58.86) at Fastrack National Invite… Ran on the fourth-place 4x400m at both the 2019 Frank Colden Invitational (3:37.77) and Angry Birds Challenge (3:35.10).
 
Outdoor 2018: Ran on the second-place 4x400 at the Lehigh Games (3:30.58)… Ran on the second-place 4x800 at the Rider invitational 2018 (8:13.09)… Ran the 400m four times with a season-best Lehigh games (1:58.71).
 
Indoor 2017-18: Placed 12^th in the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (2:00.71)…Ran a personal-best 800m (1:58.31) at the Fasttrack National Invite…Earned third-place in the 1000m (2:35.69) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Ran on first-place 4x800m relay (8:12.41) at the Rider Invitational... Ran on third-place 4x800m relay (8:16.21) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Raced the 800m four times, turning in a season-best time of 1:58.11 for 10th overall at the Lehigh Games.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 800m five times and mile twice... Placed third in the mile (season-best 4:32.15) in collegiate debut at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Ran season-best 800m (1:58.63) in final race of season at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Had also recorded an 800m time of 1:59.79 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational.

High School/Personal: 2015 All-Delaware County Second Team and All-Central Second Team selection for cross country... Placed 15th at the 2016 Indoor Track and Field State Championship in the 800m... Placed seventh at the 2015 Outdoor Track and Field State Championships in the 4x800m relay... Led 2013 cross country squad to ninth-place team finish at the state meet... 2012 cross country squad went undefeated... Captained cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track squads as a senior...
