2019: Raced three times due to injury, spreading out races from September 13 to October 5 to November 2... Opened season with a fourth-place finish at the George Mason Invitational 8k (25:57.3)... Posted collegiate-best time in the 8k (128th, 24:46.8 PR) at the Lehigh Paul Short Run... Battled through injury to finish as SJU's #6 runner at the Atlantic 10 Championship (59th, 26:51.7).

2018: Raced four times, breaking PRs in the 6k, 5M, and 8.4k... Opened season with a third-place finish at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational, crossing the 6k in a collegiate-best time of 18:53.6 to finish as SJU's #3 runner as the Hawks went 1-2-3... Followed up with an 11th-place finish at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational 8.4k (26:23.3 PR) to finish as SJU's #2 runner... Covered Lehigh's 8k in 26:09.3 for 187th at the Paul Short Run... Placed 59th at the Atlantic 10 Championship, covering the 5M course in a collegiate-best time of 26:09.4.

2017: Raced five times and scored twice... Ran collegiate-best 5k time of 15:32.1 in season debut at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational to place 11th in a field of 74 as SJU's #2 runner... Followed up with season-best 6k time of 26:31.3 to place 28th in a field of 79 at the Rider Invitational... Ran 26:55.9 for 7.993k to take 33rd in a field of 87 at the George Mason Invitational... Finished as SJU's #5 runner at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational, crossing the 8k course in 27:24.1 for sixth-place in a field of 47... Closed season with a fifth-place finish in a field of 50 at the IC4A Championship open race, recording a five-mile time of 27:03.3 to cross as SJU's top runner.

2016: Raced five times... In collegiate debut, led all SJU runners with a third-place finish in a field of 62 at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational 5k (15:49.20)... Also led all SJU runners with a 15th-place showing in a field of 86 at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational 8k (26:55.0)... Ran season-best 8k (25:54.8) in the open race of the Paul Short Run... Ran 28:13.8 for 8.4k at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational, good for 66th in a field of 110... Placed 56th (27:50) in the IC4A Championship five-mile race to close the season... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

High School/Personal: 2015 All-State selection for cross country after leading Salesianum to second-place team fnish at the state meet... Led squad to Delaware State Championship titles in both indoor and outdoor track as a senior... 2014 All-State selection in the indoor and otudoor 4x800m relay... Raced on 4x800m relay and Distance Medley Relay at Indoor National Championships during junior and senior seasons... Earned seven varsity letters in track and field and one in cross country... Also lettered in football... Community service experience includes Camden Clean-Up, Operation Welcome Home, and Sunday Breakfast Mission... Sister, Sara, captained the women's cross country and track and field squads at SJU and went on to serve as a volunteer coach for the Hawks... Brother, Kevin, played lacrosse at Mount St. Mary's University and DeSales University... Father, Dennis, played baseball at West Chester University... Mother, Lori, was an All-American in track and field at West Chester University... Majoring in interdisciplinary health services.
