Outdoor 2017: Won the 4x800m relay (8:12.41) at the Rider Invitational... Placed third in the 4x800m relay (8:16.21) and turned in collegiate-best 800m time (2:01.61) at the Monmouth Season Opener.

Indoor 2016-17: Ran on fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:26.32) and turned in collegiate-best 1000m (2:32.50) for seventh at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran collegiate-best mile (4:28.54) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Opened season with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:41.21) and eighth-place showing in the 1000m (2:43.91).

Outdoor 2016: Raced the 1500m three times... Turned in season-best 1500m (4:06.73) at the Widener Invitational... Additional 1500m performances included in outdoor track and field debut at the Monmouth Season Opener (4:13.28) as well as at the Lehigh Games (4:13.73)... Raced only outdoor 800m (2:01.85) at the Rider Invitational... Raced third leg of eighth-place 4x400m relay (3:32.35) at Rider and anchored 10th-place 4x400m relay (3:29.99) at Widener... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Raced the 800m five times... Turned in season-best 800m (2:00.47) for 13th at Yale's Giengegack Invitational... Placed fourth in the 800m (2:03.97) in collegiate debut at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Added 800m performances at the Monmouth Collegiate Open (2:02.01), Lehigh Angry Birds Met (2:02.80), and Ursinus Collegeville Classic (2:02.86)... Raced third legs on third-place 4x400m relay (3:33.86) at Ursinus and seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:26.91) at Yale... Turned in first collegiate 1000m (2:39.29) at the Penn State Relays.

High School/Personal: State qualifier for cross country... Bronze medalist at the state level in the indoor 4x800m relay... National qualifier in the indoor 4x800m relay... Earned 12 letters between cross country (4), indoor track (4), and outdoor track (4)... Mother, Melody, was a five-time All-American in track and field at the University of Arkansas and enters her second year as the head cross country and track and field coach at Saint Joseph's University in Fall 2016... Father, Gerry, was a six-time Big East Champion and four-time IC4A champion in track and field at Villanova University... Majoring in biology.
