On Hawk Hill (XC)- Was the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the week 10/1/19… made his collegiate debut at the 2019 Monmouth University Kick Off Invitational… scored in the three meets as a rookie… one of two rookies to make the A-10 roster in 2019…was St Joe’s sixth finisher at the 2021 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship… was St. Joe’s sixth finisher at the 2022 A-10 Cross Country Championships… as a senior set personal best times across all distances raced... scoring runner in five of St. Joe's races including the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
Background: Won the 2019 Olympic Conference title in the 3200m in 9:25.65... Also ran for the indoor 4x800m relay that won the state group title as a senior... Penn Relays High School Distance Medley Relay Championship of America qualifier... 3200m NPA South Sectional champion as a junior... State group champion in the indoor 4x800m relay and runner-up in the indoor 1600m and indoor DMR as a junior... Broke Camden Catholic's record in the 1600m in 4:17.89 as a junior before besting it with a time of 4:16.55 as a senior... Earned 10 varsity letters between cross country and track and field...
