Indoor 2016-17:

Outdoor 2016: Raced in four meets... Posted times in the 1500m (4:35.64) at the Lehigh Games and 3000m (9:24.95) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Turned in season-best 5000m (16:38.84) for 18th overall at the Rider Invitational... Added 5000m (16:44.46) at the Widener Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Placed 23rd in the 3000m (9:57.64) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and 42nd in the mile (4:52.21) at the Monmouth Collegiate Open.

Outdoor 2015: Raced the 5k three times and 1500m once... Turned in season-best 5k (16:30.16) in outdoor debut at the Monmouth Season Opener for 15th overall... Placed 12th in the 5k (16:50.93) at the Rider Invitational and 39th (16:39.44) at the Widener Invitational... Posted 1500m performance (4:20.80) at the Lehigh Games... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Raced the 3k twice and the mile and 5k once each... Took 23rd in the 3k at both the Penn State Relays (9:30.11) in indoor track collegiate debut and the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet (9:20.01)... Raced the mile (4:52.10) for 26th at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Posted 5k (16:42.69) performance at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open.

High School/Personal: Three-time state qualifier for cross country... Member of squad that placed fourth at 2011 state championships... Earned eight varsity letters between cross country and track and field... Father, Patrick, ran cross country and track and field at West Chester University... Mother, Mary, ran cross country and track and field at Kutztown University... Brother, Dan, swam at St. Bonaventure University... Brother, Colin, swam at Penn State University... Sister, Megan, ran cross country and track and fild at the College of the Holy Cross... Majoring in accounting.
