2019: Hampered by injury in final cross country season... Raced three times... Opened season with a 16th-place finish in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (19:22.5 PR) to finish as SJU's #5 runner... Went on to place 23rd at both the George Mason Invitational 8k (26:37.2) and Lafayette Leopard Invitational 8k (27:39.3).

2018: Hampered by injury... Raced three times... Opened season with a 15th-place finish in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (19:36.0 PR)... Also raced the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational 8.4k (59th, 27:59.4 PR) and Lehigh Paul Short Run (224th, 26:23.8).

2017: Raced five times... Set new collegiate-best times in the 5k and 8k... Opened season with a collegiate-best 5k time of 15:49.8 at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational, good for 27th in a field of 74... Ran the 6k for 26:47.8 at the Rider Invitational to place 36th in a field of 79... Finished as SJU's top runner at the Paul Short Run, crossing the finish line of the 8k Brown race in a collegiate-best time of 25:14, good for 34th in a field of 370... Placed 11th in a field of 47 at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational, registering an 8k time of 27:46.6... Closed season with a five-mile time of 26:31.9, good for 54th in a field of 203 at the IC4A Championship.

2016: Raced five times, including three 8k races... Scored in three races... Placed 31st overall in a field of 52 in season debut at the Friend Big 5 Invitational 6k (20:24.7)... Finished as SJU's #2 runner... Ran season-best 8k (25:40.1) to place 41st in a field of 129 at the Rider Invitational to finish as SJU's #3 runner... Also raced the 8k in the open race of the Paul Short Run (26:32.6) and at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational (27:10.3), finishing 24th in a field of 86 to cross as SJU's #4 runner... Placed 45th at the IC4A Championship, clocking in at 27:25 for five miles to close the season... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2015: Raced in six meets... Finished 20th in the five-mile run at the open race of the IC4A Championship... Posted season-best 8k (26:29) at the Paul Short Run... Turned in second-fastest 8k (26:33.4) at the Princeton Invitational... Finished 45th at the Iona Meet of Champions 8k (27:59.8)... Placed 36th in first collegiate 6k (20:09.2) at the Big 5 Invitational... Finished 18th in collegiate debut at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational 5k (16:08)... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
