Indoor 2019-20: Ran the first leg of the 4x800m relay in the preliminaries (8th, 7:38.06) and anchored the group in the finals (8th, 7:35.97) at the IC4A Championships... Those relays stood as SJU's fastest relay performances of the season... Raced the open 800m (2:00.06) for 16th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed ninth in the 1000m with a collegiate-best time of 2:31.25 at the Villanova Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 800m (1:55.95) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic up at Boston... Placed fourth in the 800m (1:56.70) at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge.

Outdoor 2019: Competed in the 800m (2:00.67) at the Atlantic 10 Track and Field Championships, placing 33^rd in the preliminaries… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:54.50) at the Larry Ellis Invitational, placing fifth… Ran the second leg on the first-place 4x800m relay (8:13.55) at the Rider Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m (4:14.65) at the Rider 5-Way Meet.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Ran on the 14^th-place DMR (10:08.18) at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships… Competed in the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing eighth in the preliminaries (1:58.42) and seventh in the finals (1:57.81)… Ran the third leg on the first-place 4x400m relay (3:28.17) at the Frank Colden Invitational…Ran the 800m eight times, recording a season-best time (1:57.13) at the Fastrack National Invite.

High School/Personal: 2018 Millrose Games medalist... Won a pair of league titles for track and field... Turned in back-to-back, fifth-place performances in the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays during his junior and senior seasons... Silver medalist in the indoor 4x400m relay at the state meet as a senior... Placed fifth as a junior... Took fifth in the open 800m at his senior outdoor state meet and fifth in the 4x800m relay at his junior outdoor state meet...
