Outdoor 2017: Ran on third-place 4x400m relay (3:25.93) and posted collegiate-best 400m time (50.33) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Raced on the 4x200m relay (1:29.29) and 4x400m relay (3:18.51) that both placed in the top 15 at the Colonial Relays... Raced on second-place 4x400m relay (3:25.22) and turned in collegiate-best 800m time (1:57.49) at the Rider Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced on 4x800m relay that placed 13th (7:45.87) at the IC4A Championships... Placed 13th in the 800m (2:00.89) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on first-place 4x400m relay (3:19.10) and ran collegiate-best 500m (1:05.66) for fifth overall at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 800m (1:56.37) for 11th at the Penn 8-Team Select... Finished fourth in the 500m (1:06.30) at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet and sixth in the 500m (1:05.74) at the Penn State National Invitational... Opened season with a second-place finish in the 800m (1:58.57) and sixth-place showing in the 4x400m relay (3:32.34) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Raced the 400m four times and 4x400m relay twice... Capped season with collegiate-best 400m (51.31) for eighth place at the Lehigh Games... Ran on eighth-place 4x400m relay (3:32.35) and aded 400m performance (51.68) at the Rider Invitational... Raced on 10th-place 4x400m relay (3:29.99) and added 400m performance (52.58) at the Widener Invitational... Opened season in the 400m (51.69) for 12th at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Placed 15th in the 500m in a collegiate-best 1:08.03 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Raced on four 4x400m relays throughout the season... Placed third in the 800m (2:01.39) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:31.84) in season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Ran on seventh-place 4x800m relay (7:59.67) and 10th-place 4x400m relay (3:25.86) at the Penn State Relays... Ran on fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:30.98) and added ninth-place 400m performance (51.87) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Raced on fourth-place Distance Medley Relay (10:27.63) at the NYC Gotham Cup... Placed seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:26.91) and ninth in first collegiate 800m (1:59.16) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational.

Outdoor 2015: Raced on 4x400m relays that placed third at Monmouth Season Opener, seventh at Rider Invitational, and ninth at Widener Invitational... Posted season-best 400m (52.41) at Widener... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: IC4A qualifier in the DMR... Raced the 400m four times, posting season-best 52.33 at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Also anchored second-place 4x400m relay (3:28.73) at Ursinus... Ran second leg of fifth-place and IC4A-qualifying DMR (10:17.20) at the Giegengack Invitational... Ran third leg of second-place 4x400m relay (3:26.92) at the Monmouth Winter Open.

Outdoor 2014: Competed in the 400m four times... Posted personal-record 400m (51.55) for 10th at the Lehigh Games... Also raced the 400m at the Lafayette 8-Way Invitational, Rider Invitational, and Widener Invitational... Ran leadoff leg of ninth-place 4x400m (3:30.23) at Widener... Posted season-best 200m (24.53) for seventh place at Lafayette... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2013-14: Ran second leg of season's fastest Sprint Medley Relay (3:46.44)... Competed in six different events... Competed in the 200m four times and posted personal-record 200m (24.10 PR) at the Armory during the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Ran season-best 400m (53.74 PR) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic...  in the 200m (24.13, PR) and 400m (53.77) at the Giegengack Invitational... Ran the second leg of the fifth-place Sprint Medley Relay (3:46.44) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Made collegiate debut in the 200m (24.25) and 500m (1:10.36 PR) at the Penn State Relays... Made collegiate debut in 300m (39.34 PR) at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Also ran the first leg of the ninth-place 4x400m (3:36.39) at Jack Pyrah.

High School/Personal: 2013 District All-Star Honorable Mention... 2012 PIAA State Championship participant... Member of a championship 4x400m... 2013 varsity squad held a winning streak of 52 meets... Bronze medalist in 4x400m at the 2011 District Finals... Placed sixth in the 4x400m at the 2010 PIAA State Championship... Entering college, owned a 400m PR of 49.9... Also lettered in football... Ranked top-ten running back in PIAA District 2 for 2012 season... 2011 district champion... Ranked 13th academically in graduating class... Member of the Biology Club and Phi Sigma Pi  Honors Fraternity and is a Residential Assistant at Saint Joseph's University... Majoring in biology.
