Indoor 2019-20: Raced six times... Placed 21st in the 800m (2:02.43) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season-best 800m (1:58.36) for 17th at the Villanova Invitational... Ran the first leg of the first-place DMR (10:45.05) at the Moravian Indoor Meet.

Outdoor 2019: Ran the third leg of the first-place 4x800m (8:13.55) at the Rider Invitational… Ran on the ninth-place 4x400m (3:35.22) at the Rider 5-Way… Ran the 800m three times, recording a season-best (1:57.25) at the Widener Invitational, while placing 22^nd.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Competed at the Atlantic 10 Track and Field Championship in the 800m (1:58.44), placing 15^th in the event… Ran the 800m four times, earning a season-best (1:58.44) at the Fastrack Last Chance, while placing 10^th… Placed seventh in the 1000m (2:36.75) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener.
 
Outdoor 2018: Ran on the second-place 4x400m (3:30.58) at the Lehigh Games… Recorded a personal-best in the 800m (1:55.57) at the Temple Owls Invitational, while placing 12^th… Ran on the fourth-place 4x1500m (16:27.76) at the 2018 Colonial Relay.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Competed at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championship, running on the 12^th-placed DMR (10:12.39)… Competed at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m, placing 10^th (1:55.94) in the preliminaries… Recorded a personal-best in the 800m (1:55.94) at the Fastrack Last Chance, while placing 10^th overall… Anchored the first-place 4x800m (8:06.48) at the Frank Colden Invitational… Ran on the second-placed DMR (10:17.33) at the Fastrack National Invite… Recorded a personal-best in the 1000m (2:33.32) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational, while placing second.

Outdoor 2017: Went sub-2:00 for 800m twice on the season, going for a season-best 1:58.13 at the Lehigh Games and a 1:58.54 at the Monmouth Season Opener... Raced on first-place 4x800m relay (8:12.41) at the Rider Invitational and third-place 4x800m relay (8:16.21) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 800m six times... Raced the third leg of the 4x800m relay that placed 13th (7:45.87) at the IC4A Championships... Ran season-best 800m (1:58.41) in final 800m race of season for 15th at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Ran second-fastest 800m (1:59.80) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Ran first collegiate mile (4:35.66) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Placed sixth in the 800m (2:04.08) and seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:41.21) in collegiate debut at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational.

High School/Personal: 2016 Delaware State Champion in the outdoor 800m... Two-time All-State First Team track and field selection as a junior... Delaware state recordholder in the indoor 4x800m relay and indoor Distance Medley Relay... Earned 11 varsity letters between cross country and track and field... Majoring in accounting.
