Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 800m five times before closing the season with a pair of 1000m performances... Ran collegiate-best 800m (1:57.38) for sixth place at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Ran the 800m in 1:58.79 for seventh place at the Fastrack National Invitational... Placed second in the 1000m in a collegiate-best time (2:36.24) at the Princeton Invitational... Closed season with a 15th-place showing in the 1000m (2:37.26) at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:59.43) at the Widener Invitational, placing 34^th… Ran on the second-place 4x800m relay (8:18.58) at the Rider Invitational.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:59.23) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational, placing 15^th… Recorded a personal-best time in the mile (4:33.70) at the Frank Colden Invitational, placing 11^th… Ran as the anchor on the first-place 4x800m relay (8:20.01) at the Frank Colden Invitational.
 
Outdoor 2018: Recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m (4:10.46) at the Widener Invitational, placing 33^rd… Competed on the second-place 4x800m relay (8:13.09) at the Rider Invitational… Ran on the seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:31.63) at the Rider 5-Way.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Placed fourth in the mile (4:37.69) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational… Competed in the mile three times, recording a season-best time (4:35.29) at the Frank Colden Invitational, placing 16^th overall.

High School/Personal: All-League First Team selection in the outdoor 4x800m relay and All-League Second Team selection for cross country as a senior…  Placed fifth in the 4x800m relay at both the 2016-17 PTFCA Indoor State Championships and PIAA State Championships (7:46.00, season-best 1:57 split)… Ran 16:21 for 5k as a senior… All-League Third Team pick for cross country as a junior… Member of cross country squad that won the Suburban One League Championship as a sophomore… Named Pennsbury’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman… Earned four varsity letters in cross country, three in outdoor track, and one in indoor track… Captained all three squads as a senior… Recipient of the 2016-17 Pennsbury Tri-Athlete Award… Member of the National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society at Pennsbury… Volunteered with the Appalachia Service Project with the Woodside Church… Majoring in business.
