2016 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships Scoring Performance: 4x100m Relay, 4th

Outdoor 2016: Ran third leg of 4x100m relay that placed fourth (42.23) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Added 18th-place showing in first collegiate 100m (11.31) at A-10s... Raced on sixth-place 4x100m relay (41.79) and ninth-place 4x400m relay (3:20.03) at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational... Ran second leg of 1600m Sprint Medley Relay at the Penn Relays... Opened season in the 200m (23.70) and 400m (51.63) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Followed up with season-best times in the 200m (23.46) and 400m (collegiate-best 51.39) at the Rider Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Raced the 400m twice... Kicked off season at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet (58.53) and improved by over six seconds at the Monmouth Winter Open (51.85) for ninth overall.

Outdoor 2015: Raced 200m and 400m twice each... Raced collegiate-best 200m (23.13) and collegiate-best 400m (51.55) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Added 200m (23.47) and 400m (51.71) performances at Rider Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Ran legs on second-place 4x400m relay at both the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and Monmouth Winter Open... Ran season-best 200m (23.43) and season-best 400m (51.88) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 300m (36.96) in season debut at Jack Pyrah.

Outdoor 2014: Ran the 400m and 4x400m... Posted season-best 400m (51.67) and 4x400m (3:23.83) at the Widener Invitational... Also ran 400m at Lehigh Games (51.99) and Rider Invitational (52.61)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2013-14: Ran third leg of season's fastest 4x200m (1:29.79)... Ran third leg of 4x400m (3:31.79) that took 12th at the PSU Indoor Relays... Made collegiate debut in 300m (37.38 PR) to take 10th in the event at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Also ran the third leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:27.87) at Jack Pyrah.

High School/Personal: 2013 National Qualifier in DMR (10:39.84)... 2013 State Championships silver medalist in 4x100m and bronze medalist in 4x400m... 2013 Sectional Championships bronze medalist in 400m...  Two-time All-Conference First Team selection for sprints... 2011 All-Conference Second Team pick for relays... Led squad to back-to-back conference titles... Captained squad to 2013 sectional and county titles and silver medal at states... As a senior, ranked eighth in Camden County in the 400m and 21st in New Jersey in 4x100m and DMR... Three-year varsity letterwinner and senior team captain... Also lettered in baseball... Majoring in international business.
