On Hawk Hill (Track): Made his collegiate debut at the 2020 Nittany Lion Challenge racing the 4x800m and the mile… was the lead off leg of the DMR that claimed silver at the 2020 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships… was the squads fastest rookie on the distance side… anchored the DMR that placed sixth overall at the 2020 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships… competed in the 1500m at the IC4A outdoor Track and Field Championships setting a new collegiate best (3:54.45)... Qualified for the 2022 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships in both the mile and the 3,000m…anchored the DMR that placed seventh at the 2022 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships… during his junior season set a collegiate best time in the 1,500m at the Larry Ellis invitational… ran the mile leg of the DMR at the Penn Relays… concluded junior season running the 1,500m at both the Atlantic 10 and the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships... IC4A qualified in both the mile and the 3,000m indoors... ran the mile leg of the DMR that placed third at the Dr. Sander Invitational... scored in both the mile (seventh place) and distance medley relay (fourth) at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships... closed out indoor campaign with a huge collegiate best time in the 3,000m running a time of 8:13.53 which now ranks him fifth on the SJU top ten all time list. 
 

Background: Won the 2019 Olympic Conference title in the 3200m in 9:25.65... Also ran for the indoor 4x800m relay that won the state group title as a senior... Penn Relays High School Distance Medley Relay Championship of America qualifier... 3200m NPA South Sectional champion as a junior... State group champion in the indoor 4x800m relay and runner-up in the indoor 1600m and indoor DMR as a junior... Broke Camden Catholic's record in the 1600m in 4:17.89 as a junior before besting it with a time of 4:16.55 as a senior... Earned 10 varsity letters between cross country and track and field... Also lettered in basketball... Involved with the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Bank... Uncles, Bob and Marty Morgan, and high school coaches, Kevin McDonnell and Michael Rankin, ran for Saint Joseph's... Majoring in accounting.
