Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Smashed three PRs in first year as a Hawk, running the 400m for 50.80 at the Fastrack National Invitational, the 500m for 1:06.75 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic up at Boston, and the 600m for 1:25.33 at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Raced the 500m (1:08.81) at the Atlantic 10 Championships, good for 17th overall.

Outdoor 2019 (Wagner College): Placed 21st in the 400m (52.17) at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Ran third leg of the third-place 4x400m relay (3:24.56) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Also ran fastest 400m of the spring (51.28) at Mets. 

Indoor 2018-19 (Wagner College): Ran second leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:22.71) at the Northeast Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships... Also placed 17th in the 500m (1:07.88) at NECs... Ran second leg of the first-place 4x400m relay (3:22.63) at the Spartan Invitational... Set season-best times in the 200m (23.73), 300m (36.53), 400m (51.46), and 500m (1:07.38).

High School/Personal: 2018 All-State Third Team and All-League First Team selection in 4x400m relay as a senior at Central Bucks West... Also earned All-League honors in the 400m... 2017 All-State Third Team in the 4x200m relay and All-League Second Team in the 4x100m relay as a junior... Ran on third-place 4x400m relay at the 2017 Penn Relays... Closed high school career with PRs in the 400m (50.32), 4x200m relay (1:30.7), and 4x400m relays (3:17.7)... Four-year varsity letterwinner... Also lettered in football... Community service experience includes Athletes Helping Athletes... Father, Tom, played basketball at Penn State... Majoring in criminal justice.
