2019-20 (Game-by-Game): Starr appeared in 21 games as a junior, making nine starts and finishing second on the team with a 1.2 assist/turnover ratio. He averaged 3.8 points in 13.8 minutes per game, totaling 34 rebounds and 19 assists. 

2018-19 (Game-by-Game): Starr appeared in 27-of-28 games as a sophomore, making 17 starts. He was fourth on the team with an average of 8.3 points per game. Starr was also fourth on the team with 25.0 minutes per game, 3.0 rebounds per game, 24 3-pointers made and a 78.1 free throw percentage. He finished second on the team with 25 steals.

• Fell on point shy of a game-high with 21 points off the bench, one shy of the sophomore's career-best, at Wilmington. He made all eight of his free throw attempts (2/19)
• Neared his first career double-double with 10 points and a career-best nine boards at Post (1/19)
• Set a new career-high with 22 points, to go along with three rebounds, three assits and two steals, against Bloomfield (1/5)

2017-18 (Game-by-Game): Starr was one of three Devils to appear in all 29 games in 2017-18, also making three starts. The freshman was the leading scorer off the bench at 5.4 points per game. He was second on the team in both 3-pointers per game (0.9) and 3-point percentage (.355).  

• Added 10 points on a perfect 3-of-3 shooting off the bench, including making both of his 3-point attempts, in victory at Concordia (2/3)
• Made 3-of-6 3-pointers en route to 11 points, while setting a new season-best with five rebounds to go along with three assists in one-point win over Holy Family (1/16)
• Hit a USciences' season-high four 3-pointers for his second-highest scoring output, 15 points, of the campaign in comeback win over Jefferson (1/6)
• Led the way with a career-high 19 points in 19 minutes off the bench in win at Wilmington. Made 6-of-11 field goals, 3-of-5 3-pointers and a perfect 4-of-4 free throws, while also adding career-bests of four rebounds and a game-high five assists (12/30)
• Made his first career start and matched his career-best with four rebounds in win over Georgian Court (12/9)
• Set his new season-high with 11 points, which included 3-of-4 shooting from 3-point range, in CACC-opening win at Holy Family (12/2)
• Had three steals, a new season-high, as well as a season-best two assists in comeback win at Pitt-Johnstown (11/26)
• Tied his new season-bests with five points and four rebounds at Indiana (PA) (11/25)
