Biography

2015-16: Okolo appeared in 19 games, recording just over six minutes per showing. Scoring 28 points on the season, shooting 32 percent from the field while pulling down 11 rebounds, with six assists and two steals. 

2014-15:  Appeared in 15 games, averaging 2.2 minutes per game…had one rebound and scored one point (1-2 FT) at Georgian Court University on 2/24…had one rebound in three minute of playing time at Wilmington University on 2/10…had a steal and a rebound in two minutes of court time vs. Concordia College on 2/7…had one rebound at Chestnut Hill College on 2/4…scored two points (1-1 FG) vs. Kutztown University on 12/31…scored two points (1-2 FG) vs. Georgian Court on 12/20…scored two points (1-1 FG) at Goldey-Beacom College on 12/9…had one assist at the University of Bridgeport on 11/22… equaled his career high with three points (1-2 3FG) in six minutes of action vs. the University of the District of Columbia at the Goldey-Beacom Tournament on 11/14.

2013-14:    Appeared in eight of the devils 28 games, averaging 2.9 minutes per game…Scored three points (one field goal, one free throw) in five minutes of playing time at Georgian Court University on 2/25/14…Had one assist in four minutes against Wilmington University on 2/11/14…Had one assist in one minute against Chestnut Hill College on 2/6/14…Had one rebound in two minutes against Georgian Court on 12/21/13…Had one assist in five minutes at Holy Family University on 12/18/13… Played three minutes in his collegiate debut at East Stroudsburg University on 11/14/13

Prior to USciences:   Played basketball at archbishop Ryan High School….Was First Team All-Catholic League as a senior; Second Team All-Catholic as a junior….also played football, soccer and track.

Personal:   One of three children of Emmanuel and Rosemary Okolo…Chose USciences because it can offer the best education and will allow him to become a better student while playing a sport.  “I felt USciences has the academics and sports program to push me to my limits.”
