2018-19 (Game-by-Game): Crawford started 24 of his 26 appearances his senior season. He led the team with 13.9 points per game and an 82.5 free throw percentage, the latter of which ranked sixth in the CACC and the program’s single-season history. He was also second on the team with 6.6 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game and 10 blocks, as well as third with 30.1 minutes per game.

  • Became the 39th player in program history to reach 1000 points in win at Goldey-Beacom. In addition to his 16 points, he grabbed a career and game-high 15 rebounds for his third double-double in four contests, and also led all players with a career-best six assists (2/23)

  • Recorded his second double-double in three games with 14 points and a game-high 11 boards at Wilmington (2/19)
  • Led all players with a career-best 31 points, to go along with 13 rebounds, for his fifth career double-double in victory at Holy Family (2/13)
  • For the second straight game the senior nearly turned in a career-high in scoring, as his 24 points in overtime win at Georgian Court were two shy of the career-best he set the previous game (1/8)
  • Was the star of the afternoon against Bloomfield, leading all players with career-highs of 26 points and 14 rebounds. He also tied another career-best with a team-high five assists. The senior made 10-of-16 field goals en route to his fourth career double-double (1/5)
  • Produced multiple game and career-highs with five assists and four blocks, to go along with 12 points and seven rebounds in win over Southern Connecticut State (11/11)

2017-18 (Game-by-Game): Crawford was one of two Devils to appear and start in all 29 games for USciences in 2017-18. He was third on the team in both points (12.0) and rebounds (5.3) per game, numbers that both ranked in the top-30 of the CACC. He was also 14th in the league with a 77.1 free throw percentage.

  • Made 10-of-12 free throws in the final 1:44 to help seal CACC Quarterfinal upset of top seed Bloomfield. The junior recorded his third career double-double with game-highs of 22 points and a career-best 13 rebounds (2/27)
  • Set a new career-high with 23 points on 7-of-10 shooting and 9-of-10 free throws in win at Nyack (2/17)
  • Had five offensive boards en route to a career-high 12 rebounds against CACC South leader Goldey-Beacom, and added 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting for the second double-double of his career (2/13)
  • Set a career-high with four blocks at Jefferson (2/7)
  • Double-double of 15 points and a career-best 10 boards in win at Felician was the first of his career (1/20)
  • Poured in 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting to fall just point shy of his career-high in one-point win over Holy Family. His seven rebounds and three assists were also both one shy of season-bests (1/16)
  • Matched his career-high with 22 points in CACC-opening victory at Holy Family (12/2)
  • Made two free throws with seven seconds remaining to give USciences a 71-69 comeback victory over Pitt-Johnstown (11/26)
  • After falling one point shy of his career-high with 18 in the  season-opener, contributed a new career-high of 22 points in win over NYIT (11/11)
  • Game-high 18 points on 9-of-14 shooting in season-opening win over LIU Post were one shy of a career-high, and he fell two rebounds shy of his first career double-double (11/10).

Personal: 

  • One of five children of Dennis and Marianne Crawford
  • Both parents played basketball in college; father at Dickinson and mother at the University of Pennsylvania
  • Uncle Jim Crawford who was the longtime coach at Camden Catholic and is a member of the La Salle University Athletics Hall of Fame for basketball
  • Two cousins, Matt and Beth, were standout athletes at USciences; Matt is the Devils all-time assist leader in men’s basketball, while Beth was a two-time All-CACC cross country runner. Beth’s husband Bill Kurtz also was a star basketball player at USciences
  • Chose USciences because he loved the city, the team and the coach and the school is close to home
  • Hopes to find a well-paying job after graduation
