2021-22 (Game-by-Game):
- Led USciences with 20 points, making six 3-pointers, on Senior Day vs. Chestnut Hill (2/26)
- 18 points in 19 minutes off the bench, making 6-of-11 from beyond the arc, of win over Holy Family (2/19)
- Go-ahead 3-pointer with 33 seconds remaining turned out to be the game-winner in win at Wilmington (2/9)
- Tied for a game-high with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting off the bench, all of which came from beyond the arc, versus Nyack (2/5)
- DII progrm-record nine 3-pointers versus Felician were one shy of the CACC DII-era record. They were also tied for the 10th-most by a DII student-athlete this season. Simon made 9-of-14 3-point attempts en route to leading all players with a career-high 32 points (1/22)
- Scored 10 points and had a career-best seven boards at Holy Family (1/5)
- Had a team-high 16 points on 5-of-9 field goals and 3-of-3 free throws in CACC-opening win at Georgian Court (12/4)

2020-21: Season cancelled due to COVID
2019-20 (Game-by-Game): Simon was one of four Devils to appear in all 26 games, making seven starts and leading the team with a 41.7 3-point percentage (fourth in CACC) and 65 3-pointers (eighth), the latter of which ranked sixth in USciences’ single-season history. He was second on the team with an 83.9 free throw percentage, good for seventh in the league and fourth in the program’s single-season annals. Simon averaged 11.7 points in 21.2 minutes per game, third and fourth on the team respectively, as his 22.0 points per 40 minutes was sixth in the CACC, while his 4.7 3-pointers per 40 minutes was second.
- Tied a career-high by making seven triples en route to leading all players with 25 points in season-finale at Chestnut Hill (2/29)
- Came off the bench to score 22 points, including 4-of-5 3-pointers, in triumph at Georgian Court (2/12)
- Led the way with 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting off the bench, while also tying a career-high with six rebounds, in upset of CACC North leader Post (1/18)
- Fell two points shy of a game-high with a career-best 27 on 7-of-12 shooting, all of which came beyond the arc, in win over Lincoln. He also made 6-of-7 shooting and tied his career-best with six boards (11/18)
- Led all players with a career-best six assists, to go along with six points, as USciences won its first game of the season in road-opener at Kutztown (11/13)
2018-19 (Game-by-Game): Simon appeared in all 28 games his freshman season, making 14 starts. He led the team with 1.8 3-pointers per game and a 38.9 3-point percentage, both of which ranked top-17 in the CACC. He was fifth on the team with averages of 7.7 and 20.0 minutes per game.
- Wound up leading all players with a season-best 21 points in just 17 minutes in the second half in win over Chestnut Hill. He shot 6-of-8 from the field, 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and 5-of-5 from the foul line (3/2)
- Led all players with 19 points, while blocking a team-high two shots, at Post (1/19)
- Matched his season-high with 18 points off the bench in overtime win at Georgian Court, with the freshman draining 4-of-9 from beyond the arc (1/8)
- Made 6-of-8 field goals and 5-of-7 3-pointers en route to a team-high 17 points in just 10 minutes off the bench in win over Cheyney (12/16)
- Playing his first career home game against Kutztown, he led all players with 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting, including 4-of-8 3-point shooting. He added four rebounds and three assists (11/14)
- Scored six points in collegiate debut at Bridgeport (11/10)
