• Finished his first CACC Championship in 37:34.0 (10/27)
• Eclipsed his prior season-best time oby over three and a half mintues after finishing Rowan's Inter-Regional Border Battle in 31:30.10 (10/19)
• Crossed in 35:02.7 in his first career collegiate race at the season-opening Philadelphia Metropolitan Championship (9/7)

• 4x800m Diamond Relays gold medalist

• Son of Denisse and Devin Poteat
• Came to USciences after visiting the school and falling in love with the intellectual atmosphere
• Plans on going to med school to study infectious disease after graduation
