  • Crossed 27th to surpass his previous best CACC Championship finish of 28th set in 2018 as a sophomore, clocking a new season-best time of 29:53.9 (10/24)
  • Placed in the top-half of the field at Rowan's Border Battle with a time of 30:53.0 (10/16)
  • Was in the top-half of the field at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial, in 53rd, after running the 8K course in 31:49.0 (10/9)
  • Placed in the top-fourth of the field of 104 at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Championships,  crossing 25th in 31:35.2 (9/11)
  • Led the men with a 19th place finish in a field of 46 at the season-opening Wilmington Invite, running the 8K course in 31:25.9 (9/4)

2020:

  • Season cancelled due to COVID

2019:

  • Led USciences at the season-opening Philadelphia Metropolitan Championship by finishing in the top-fourth of the field of 121, placing 27th with a time of 29:35.4 on the 8K course (9/7)

2018:

  • Running in his first-ever collegiate 10K he made his way into the USciences record book, as his time of 37:05.40 put him 21st in program history (11/17)
  • Earned a position in the top-third of the field at the CACC Championship, continuing his trend of setting a new collegiate personal record in every race this season by running a 29:23.6. His 28th place performance was a 42-spot improvement from his 70th place finish as a freshman (10/28)
  • Ran his fourth consecutive collegiate personal record, 29:38.4, at the Jack St. Clair Memorial, placing in the top-third of the field in 37th (10/13)
  • Broke his collegiate personal record for the third meet in a row at the Paul Short Run, clocking in at 29:56 on the 8K course to narrowly miss out a finish in the top-half of the field in 150th (9/29)
  • Set a collegiate personal record for the second week in a row, crossing in 30:06.5 to beat his previous record from last weekend by over 45 seconds to place 36th in the field of 135 at the Philadelphia Metro Championship (9/8)
  • Bested his pervious collegiate presonal record by over a minute to earn a top-10 finish in the season-opening Wilmington Invitational, placing 10th with a time of 30:53.94 (9/1)

2017: 

  • Made his collegiate debut at the CACC Championships and finished in 70th with a time of 31:55.8 (10/22)

Prior to USciences: 

  • Took first place at the Del-Val Cross Country Championships as both a junior and senior
  • All-County Honorable Mention Cross Country as both a junior and senior
  • District 1 Cross Country medalist
  • Three-time Delco Championship medalist in the 4x800m relay
  • Ranked seventh in his graduating class
  • Was a member of the National Honor Society and the Distinguished Honor Roll
