2022 (Game-by-Game):
- Threw six scoreless innings in the nightcap of sweep of Chesnut Hill on Senior Day, not allowing a runner to reach scoring position to reach until the fifth as she retired the side in the first, second and fourth. She gave up just four hits in her six frames, with two strikeouts and one base on balls (4/30)
- Threw her first career seven-inning shutout in 2-0 game two triumph at Jefferson. Allowed just four hits, striking out five against just one walk, as no runner reached scoring position until the sixth (4/12)
- Earned a second straight win as she allowed just three baserunners to reach, while retiring the final nine batters she faced, in game two vs. Nyack (4/2)
2021 (Game-by-Game):
- Won her first game of the season, surrendering just one earned in five innings against Holy Family (4/14)
- Retired seven of the final eight batters she faced to earn her first career save in game two at Chestnut Hill. That capped three innings in which she did not allow an earned run, scattering three hits while striking out three and walking none (5/2)
2020 (Game-by-Game): Schlechter led both the team and the CACC with a 4-2 record in the shortened season as a sophomore. She was also second in the conference with a team-high five complete games in six appearances, throwing 39.0 innings in six starts, which ranked fourth and third in the league, respectively. Schlechter allowed just 36 hits as she pitched to a 5.21 ERA.
- Picked up a win for a fourth consecutive start, and on a third consecutive day, after recording her third straight quality outing versus Glenville State. After giving up a first inning run she did not allow a runner to reach scoring position in her final six frames, striking out a career-high seven while surrendering just two hits (3/5)
- Began win over Saint Rose with five scoreless, as part of a quality start in which she gave up just two runs on four hits (3/4)
- Held Seton Hill hitless for the final six innings, capping a performance in which she allowed three earned on just four hits in eight frames to pick up the win in her second straight start (3/3)
- Earned her first career win in victory over Clarion after going five innings (3/1)
2019 (Game-by-Game): Schleechter was second on the team with 18 appearances, nine starts, 60.2 innings pitched and 34 strikeouts as a freshman in 2019. She pitched one complete game and finished with a 6.23 ERA.
- Pitched 2.1 innings of scoreless relief, surrendering just two hits with two strikeouts and no walks against East Stroudsburg (4/23)
- Tied her career-long outing of six innings, scattering six hits, in game two of a doubleheader at Jefferson (4/11)
- Shone in her home collegiate debut, keeping USciences in the nightcap of a doubleheader with Post with five innings of relief in which she gave up just one run on four hits with five strikeouts and no walks (3/24)
