- Had nearly double the amount of rebounds as any other player with 15, the second-highest total of her career, and she also led all players with a career-best seven assists, to go along with seven points, in NCAA Tournament Second Round game vs. Pace (3/12)
- Posted game-highs of 14 rebounds, the second-highest total of her career, six assists and four steals, both of which were career-bests, as USciences won its fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament First Roung game over Le Moyne (3/11)
- Led all players with 13 boards in CACC Championship Game triumph over Jefferson (3/6)
- Led all players with five assists and two blocks, to go along with 10 points and a team-high seven rebounds, in CACC Quarterfinal victory over Dominican (3/1)
- Recorded her third double-double in six games with 12 points and a game-high 12 boards in win over Felician (1/22)
- Game-high 18 points at CACC leader Chestnut Hill, which included making 6-of-7 free throws, were eight more than any other player. She also led USciences in rebounding, falling one board shy of her third double-double in four games (1/18)
- 17-point, 17-rebound performance in double-overtime triumph at Dominican, both of which were career-bests. It was her third career double-double, and her second in three games. 2020-21: Season cancelled due to COVID
2019-20 (Game-by-Game): Hamm was one of six Devils to appear in all 30 games as a sophomore, making two starts as she ranked second on the team with 5.0 rebounds per game and 1.8 assist/turnover ratio, the latter of which ranked fourth in the CACC. She was third on the team with 2.1 assists per game and fourth with 24 steals, as she scored 117 points in 17.9 minutes per game.
- Finished with a season-best 13 points, while adding a game-high four assists, in season-finale victory at Chestnut Hill (2/29)
- Grabbed a career-best 15 rebounds in just 16 minutes of win over Wilmington (2/22)
- Had a team-high five boards, adding a game and career-best three steals while finishing third on the team with eight points, in win over second place Holy Family (2/18)
- Tied a career-best by grabbing a game-high 10 boards, while also leading USciences with four assists in just 18 minutes of win over Jefferson (1/8)
- Led University of the Sciences with six assists, matching a game and career-high, at Holy Family (12/3)
- Matched her career-best with six dimes while adding seven boards in season-opening victory over No. 25 Bentley (11/8)
2018-19 (Game-by-Game): Hamm started in 30 of her 32 appearances her freshman season. She ranked sixth in the CACC with a 1.8 assist/turnover ratio. She was second on the team at 4.7 rebounds per game, while ranking fifth with 1.8 assists and 17.3 minutes per contest and sixth at 4.7 points per game.
- Keyed a triumph over No. 2 Jefferson with game-highs of a season-best 10 boards and five dimes (2/5)
- Led USciences with 16 points – on 6-of-9 shooting - and 10 rebounds for her first career double-double at No. 16 Jefferson. The freshman nearly had a double-double in the second half, where she recorded 10 points and eight boards (1/3)
- Led the Devils with a season-best four assists in victory over regionally-ranked Assumption (12/29)
