2022:

• Moved into fourth in the league with a CACC Championship qualifying standard mark of 34.71m in the hammer to place eighth in a field of 23 at Widener's Danny Curran Invitational. Also placed 16th out of 35 in the shot put with a toss of 9.46m (4/1-2)
• Placed in the top-half of a field with a CACC Championship standard at Rowan's Oscar Moore Invitational, marking at 28.97m to finish eighth out of 22 in the discus (3/26)
• CACC mark of 33.49m ranked third in the field of 15 at King College's Monarch Invitational. That was one of two CACC standards on the day as she also placed seventh out of 20 in the discus after marking at 27.70m (3/19)
• Broke her own indoor school record in the weight throw in indoor finale at the Princeton Invitational. Mark of 13.57m was over a meter further than her previous indoor best, and put her fifth in the field of 13 (2/20)

2021: Finished the season ranked fourth in the CACC in the hammer, 10th in the discus and 10th in the shot put. 

• Finished third in the discus with a mark of 27.31m at the season-opening Charles E. Davis Relays (3/27)
• Broke her own school record in the hammer at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational, as her toss of 32.00m now ranked in the conference. Also moved into the top five of the shot put after marking at a CACC Championship standard of 9.88m. Made it three CACC Championship standards on the day after marking at 30.45m in the discus (4/10)
• Broke her own school record in the hammer for a second consecutive weekend at East Stroudsburg's All-American Meet, with her furthest mark of 35.40m measuring more than three meters further than the previous weekend. Also posted a top-third-of-the-field finish in the shot put, finishing eighth out of 25 with a CACC Championship standard toss of 10.15m, while placing in the top-half of the field of the discus in 11th with a CACC Championship standard mark of 29.42m (4/17)
• Broke her own school record in hammer for a third Saturday in a row at Penn's Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational, standing at a CACC Championship standard 37.07m –fourth in the league - after beginning the year at 30.72m. She also set a CACC Championship standard in the discus (4/24)
• Rounded out USciences' point total at the CACC Championship with a seventh-place finish in the shot put, bringing her career point total at the Championship to seven (5/16)

2020:

• Broke her own indoor school record in the weight throw after marking at 12.52m at the Princeton Invitational (2/23)
• Finished 12th out of 55 in the shot put at the Frank Colden Invitational after marking at 10.07m (2/8)
• Recorded the second-furthest shot put mark (9.82m) in her flight at the season-opening Collegeville Classic to place 17th in the field of 47 (1/25)

2019:

• Finished the season ranked in the top-nine of the CACC of discuss, hammer and weight throw 
• Earned points at the CACC Championships for the second year in a row after an eighth-place finish in the discus, while also placing in the top-half of the field in the shot put (5/5)
• Posted two top-10 finishes at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational, placing fourth in the shot put with a mark of 10.38 and seventh out of 19 in the discus after her furthest toss traveled 30.35m (4/20)
• Placed eighth out of 23 in the discus with her furthest mark traveling 31.97m at Stockton's Osprey Invite. She also set a new collegiate-bests in both the hammer throw (30.72m) and the javelin (20.69m) (4/13)
• Became the first USciences female to ever compete in the javelin, recording a throw of 19.65m at Rowan's Oscare Moore Invitational. She was also in the top-half of the field in the shot put, placing 12th out of 24, while also setting a new collegiate-best of 28.75m in the discus (4/5)
• Recorded a collegiate-best in the discus with a toss of 27.72m at Widener's Danny Curran Invitational (3/29)
• Broke the school record in the shot put with a mark of 10.66m, while also setting a collegiate-best in the weight throw, as USciences closed its indoor season at the Armory Last Chance meet (2/22)
• Collegiate-best mark of 10.19m in the shot put was good for 15th out of 48 at Ursinus' Frank Colden Invitational (2/2)

2018:

• Finished the season ranked eighth in the CAAC in the shot put
• Earned herself a fifth place finish at the CACC Championships by setting a new collegiate personal record of 10.60m (5/6)
• Set two collegiate personal records - in the shot put and discus - at the Osprey Invitational (4/13)
• Ranked fifth in the CACC in the shot put after a season-opening mark of 8.99m at the Danny Curran Invitatoinal (3/30)
• Had USciences' best finish at the season-opening Collegeville Classic, as her mark of 9.85m (32-03.75) in the shot put was good for 12th place out of 43 competitors (1/20)

Prior to USciences: 

• Finished second in the Olympic Conference in the Discus
• Received Play Like a Champion Award
• Also played basketball
• Had GPA on both the track and basketball teams
