2020 (Raced in Spring 2021): Team tri-captain... SJU's fourth finisher at the season-opening Spider/Patriot Classic, crossing the 5k race in 19:51.9 for 79th overall... SJU's ninth finisher at the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the 5k race in 20:58.8 for 110th overall.
2019: Raced seven times... Posted collegiate-best 4k (15:21.6) in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational to finish as SJU's #4 runner... Placed 55th (20:30.1) at the George Mason Invitational 5k... Raced a trio of 6k races leading up to championship season, placing 35th at the Delaware Invitational (25:28.7), 83rd at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (23:03.9 PR), and 144th at the Penn State National Open (23:47.7); finished as SJU's top runner at Lehigh... Broke through with a roster spot for the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the finish line of the 5k race in 21:31.1 as SJU's #10 runner... Paced by a 6:35 mile average, crossed the ECAC Championship 5k finish line in 20:26 for 100th overall.
2018: Raced five times, finishing as SJU's top runner twice... Placed 41st in freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 4k (16:51.8)... Led all Hawks at the Haverford Main Line Invitational 3M, clocking in at 19:17.4 for 32nd overall... Closed season with a pair of 6k races in the open race of the Paul Short Run (189th, 25:21.3) and Lafayette Leopard Invitational (22nd, 24:57.3); finished as SJU's top runner at Lafayette... Finished as SJU's #3 runner in the coaches race at the ECAC Championship 3.06M (19:43), good for 28th overall.
2017: Raced five times... Ran 19:51.5 for 5k to place 33rd in a field of 68 in collegiate debut at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational... Ran first collegiate 6k in what would stand as a season-best time of 25:16.9, good for 22nd in a field of 59 at the Rider Invitational... Followed up with a 6.04k time of 24:40.8 to finish 43rd in a field of 87 at the George Mason Invitational... Ran 25:37.3 for 6k at the Princeton Invitational... Closed season with a ninth-place finish in a field of 71 at the ECAC Championship Coaches Race, clocking in with a 5k time of 20:14.0.
High School/Personal: Member of squads that won back-to-back state titles in outdoor track and the 2016 state title in cross country… Earned four varsity letters apiece in cross country and outdoor track and two varsity letters in indoor track… Majoring in biology.
