Opened season by winning the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational in a collegiate-best 4k time of 14:21.0... Followed up with a second-place finish at the George Mason Invitational 5k (18:21.6)... Went on to win the Delaware Invitational 6k in 22:51.2... Cruised through Lehigh's 6k in 21:14.4 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run for 97th overall... Placed 28th at the Penn State National Open 6k (21:29.2)... Placed eighth at the Atlantic 10 Championship 5k (18:13.9) and 45th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship 6k (21:12.6), collegiate-best times in both distances... Paced by a 5:54 mile average, crossed the ECAC Championship 5k in 18:19 to close collegiate career with All-East honors.Â
2018: Raced seven times, scoring in all seven meets as SJU's #1-3 runner... Placed third in season opener at Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 4k (14:37.1) as SJU's #2 runner... Ran three consecutive 6k races leading up to championship season, at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational (22:37.0, SJU's #2 runner), Lehigh Paul Short Run (21:59.5, SJU's #1 runner), and Princeton Invitational (22:52.8, SJU's #2 runner)... Placed 35th at the Atlantic 10 Championship 5k (18:19.3, SJU's #2 runner)... Placed 94th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship 6k (23:01.2, SJU's #2 runner)... 2017: Raced seven times and scored in four meets, which included two of three championship races... Set new collegiate-best 5k and 6k times in a breakthrough junior campaign... Finished as SJU's #2 runner at the Atlantic 10 Championship, clocking in with a collegiate-best 5k time of 19:00.0 to place 40th in a field of 129... Followed up as SJU's #5 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship, clocking in with a collegiate-best 6k time of 22:29.6 to place 123rd in a field of 193... Closed sophomore season with an 86th-place finish in a field of 209 at the ECAC Championship with a 5k time of 19:29.1... Finished as SJU's #5 runner at the George Mason Invitational, clocking in with a 6.04k time of 23:24.0 to place 16th en route to SJU's team victory... 2016: Raced seven times… Placed 109th in a field of 131 at the Atlantic 10 Championship, clocking in with a season-best 5k time of 19:41.9 to cross as SJU's #9 finisher... Finished 78th at the ECAC Championship 5k (22:10) to cap season at Van Cortlandt Park… Ran season-best 6k time (22:53.2) at the Paul Short Run… Also raced the 6k at the Princeton Invitational (23:37.8) and Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (24:47)… Ran 24:04.4 for 6.15k at the Rider Invitational for 53rd in a field of 122… Opened collegiate cross country career with a 5k time of 20:02.30 at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational, good for 22nd in a field of 54...
