2013: Competed in three of the first four races... Placed 255th (25:05, 6k) in the open race of the Paul Short Open... Took 48th place (16:50.71, 4k PR) at the Friend Big 5 Invitational... Checked in with a 24th-place finish (20:51.10, 5k) at the season-opening TCNJ Blue/Gold Classic... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
2012: Did not compete.
2011: Ran in two meets... Posted personal best time in 5K (20:44.60) at TCNJ Blue/Gold Classic.
2010: Competed in three races... Turned in season best 6K (24:25.3) at Penn State.
High School/Personal: Named to the cross country and track All-Conference Teams for three years... Earned Coaches Award as a senior... Member of record-holding 4x800 squad that placed second at states in senior year... Grandfather, James, is in SJU Hall of Fame for basketball... Cousins, Mike and Chris, were members of the Hawks' lacrosse team... Majoring food marketing.
