Outdoor 2015: Raced the 1500m four times... Turned in season-best 1500m (5:01.90) at the Lehigh Games... Also posted 1500m performances at the Widener Invitational (5:02.43), Monmouth Season Opener (5:10.35), and Rider Invitational (5:17.05)... Added 800m performance (2:35.54) at Lehigh... Named to both the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

Indoor 2014-15: Ran two races on the season... Placed seventh in the 800m (2:39.65) at the Princeton Tri-Meet... Raced mile (5:53.79) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet.

Outdoor 2014: Competed in the 1500m (4:54.49) for a 22nd-place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Took sixth in both the 800m (2:21.25 PR) and 4x400m (4:25.14) at the season-opening Philadelphia College Classic... Recorded season-best 1500m (4:49.46 PR) for ninth at the Widener Invitational... Competed in the 400m (1:03.07 PR), 800m (2:25.09) and 4x4 (4:11.58) at the Rider Invitational... Ran on 4x800m that competed at the Colonial Relays... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2013-14: Broke PR in the mile (5:30.54 PR) at the Armory during the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Ran leg of silver-medal 4x800m (9:58.05) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Ran third leg of third-place 4x400m (4:22.36) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Took sixth in 800m (2:28.68) for season-best performance and highest finish of season in event at Princeton.

Outdoor 2013: Ran a 3000m steeplechase PR (11:40.43 PR) at A-10s... Ran season-best 1500m (4:58.21) at the Colonial Relays... Also competed in the 800m (2:28.66) and 3000m (11:02.93)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2012-13: Ran third leg of season's fastest 4x800m (9:22.52) at A-10s... Posted season-best 800m (2:25.95) at Giegengack... Ran first collegiate 800m in 2:30.43 to place fifth at the University of Delaware Collegiate Invitational... Raced first collegiate 1000m in season-best 3:22.73 to place ninth at the Princeton Quad Meet... Ran first collegiate mile in season-best 5:33.85 to place 11th at University of Delaware's Thomson Invitational.

High School/Personal: Two-time All-League selection in both track and cross country... Two-time indoor track team MVP... Member of three-time league championship cross country squad and two-time league championship outdoor track team... Captained 2012 cross country squad to state title... School recordholder in the 1600m (5:08.21), 4x400m, and 4x800m... Three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and captain of all three squads as a senior... Also lettered in field hockey and lacrosse... High school coach at Germantown Friends, Rob Hewitt, graduated from SJU... Majoring in biology.
