Outdoor 2013: 2013 CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team selection... Competed in 1500m (4:59.15) at Larry Ellis and 3000m (10:32.54) at Colonial Relays... Voted SJU’s “Most Dedicated”.
Indoor 2012-13: ECAC-qualifier in the mile, 3000m run and DMR with Walker, Pratt, and Barrett... Broke five-minute barrier in the mile with a personal-record 4:55.83 to qualify for ECACs and take second place at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran third leg of season's fastest DMR team that won the event in an ECAC-qualifying 11:53.95 at the Penn State National Invitational... Placed sixth in the mile in 5:01.14 at the Penn State National Invitational... Broke through the 10-minute barrier to set a new personal-best 9:57.10 in the 3000m run to qualify for ECACs en route to placing fourth at the Princeton Quad Meet... Broke meet record in the mile to place fourth with a time of 5:06.69 at the Penn State Relays... Anchored DMR team that won event with a time of 12:21.63 at Penn State Relays.
Outdoor 2012: Posted personal and team best in 1500m (4:37.88) at Atlantic 10 Championships and team best 3000m (10:14.84, third place) at Lafayette 7-Way... Member of DMR team that finished 11:49.40 at Penn Relays and 4x800m relay team that clocked in at 9:02.93 at ECACs.
Indoor 2011-12: Part of DMR that broke school record in event by just over three seconds (11:45.91)... Recorded team best in 3000m (10:02.40) at Giegengack and mile (5:05.02) at Princeton 4-Way... Part of 4x800m relay that posted season best 9:28.40 time at PSU Relays.
Outdoor 2011: Member of the ECAC All-East Team... Posted season bests in the 800m (2:18.01) at Larry Ellis and in the 1500m (4:44.36) the A-10 Championships... Member of ECAC qualifying teams for the 4x800m and the Distance Medley Relay.
Indoor 2010-11: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team and ECAC All-East Team while being selected as the teams Best Freshman... Posted personal bests in the 800m (2:22.57) at Giegengack, the 1000m (2:58.54) at the Armory Challenge, and the mile (5:19.01) at Princeton... Member of the 4x800m (9:00.79) relay that set school record.
High School/Personal: Twice named to All-Area Second Team... Posted Top-25 mile time in the state as a senior... State competitor in 800m and 4x400m as a senior...Medaled at District 1 meet in 800m junior year... Set the 4x800m school record (9:11.06), Great Valley Relays 4x800m meet record, and Henderson Invitational meet record as a sophomore... Also lettered in field hockey (three years)...
