Outdoor 2017: Raced the 1500m four times, improving throughout all four races... Opened season at the Monmouth Season Opener (5:11.56) before racing at the Rider Invitational (5:10.86) and Widener Invitational (5:04.44)... Capped collegiate career with a 13th-place showing in the 1500m at the Lehigh Games, clocking in with a collegiate-best time of 5:00.22.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced three times... Opened season in the 3000m (11:15.59) at the Wagner Invitational... Placed 10th in the 3000m (11:11.66) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Closed season with a ninth-place finish in the mile (5:28.42 PR) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Raced the 1500m in four of five races, turning in a season-best performance (5:12.21) in final meet of season at the Lehigh Games... Ran on fifth-place 4x400m relay and raced the 1500m (5:15.95) at the Rider Invitational... Added 1500m races at the Widener Invitational (5:12.91) and Monmouth Season Opener (5:13.67)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Placed third in the 4x800m relay (10:46.66) and ran first collegiate mile (5:55.90) in collegiate track and field debut at the Princeton Tri-Meet... Raced the mile (6:00.24) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and 1000m (3:20.21) at the Monmouth Winter Open.

High School/Personal: Led squad to three PAISAA Championship titles from 2009-11 and the 2010 Inter-Ac title... Three-year varsity letterwinner... Majoring in food marketing and minoring in communication studies.
