Is taking advantage of the NCAA Division I Council's ruling to grant an additional year of outdoor eligibility for all spring sports student-athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Will have eligibility for the 2020-21 indoor season (redshirted 2018-19) and 2021 outdoor season.

Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: In first indoor race since February 2018, anchored DMR (12:58.22) to the win at the Moravian College Indoor Meet... Followed up with a collegiate-best time in the 5000m (18:46.38) for 60th at Boston's John Thomas Terrier classic... Continued to excel with three consecutive top-three finishes, placing fifth in the 3000m (10:49.44) at the Villanova Invitational, sixth in the mile (5:35.11) at the Frank Colden Invitational, and ninth in the 3000m (10:38.73) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Placed 30th in the 5000m (19:23.82) at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Missed season due to injury.

Indoor 2018-19: Missed season due to injury.

Outdoor 2018: Raced the 5000m three times on the year, turning in a collegiate-best time (18:18.59) at the Colonial Relays... Placed 11th in the 5000m (18:35.02) at the Larry Ellis Invitational and 30th in the 5000m (18:48.09) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran collegiate-best 800m (2:30.48) and season-best 1500m (5:09.01) for top-30 finishes at the Lehigh Games.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the 3000m six times, turning in a season-best time of 10:39.15 for 31st at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 3000m (10:45.69) at the Frank Colden Invitational... Placed seventh in the 3000m (10:41.66) and 11th in the mile (season-best 5:24.84) at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet.

Outdoor 2017: Ran a season-best time of 18:23.17 for 5000m to place 30th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran a season-best time of 5:02.97 for 1500m at the Lehigh Games... Ran on fifth-place 4x800m relay (10:18.28) at the Rider Invitational... Opened season with a third-place finish in the 4x800m relay (10:17.00) and 12th-place showing in the 3000m (10:43.55) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 3000m three times, mile twice, and added a performance in the Distance Medley Relay... Anchored the fourth-place DMR (12:28.36) and placed sixth in the mile (5:21.98) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Made collegiate track and field debut in the 3000m (10:44.26) at the Wagner Invitational... Just two weeks later, improved that time to a 10:36.72 for 14th at the Penn 8-Team Select... Raced the mile (5:19.37) for 19th at the Penn State National Invitational... Closed season in the 3000m (10:39.32) at the Fastrack National Invitational.

High School/Personal: Scoring runner on cross country squad that won the 2015 PIAA AAA state title and regional title and placed fifth in the nation as a senior... 2014 PIAA AAA individual state medalist and team champion as a junior... 2013 PIAA AAA individual state medalist and scoring runner on runner-up squad... Placed in the Top 10 in PIAA District 1 as a junior... Scoring runner on runner-up team at Nike Cross Country Regionals and Top 10 finisher at Nike Nationals as a sophomore... Four-time state medalist in the 4x800m relay... Four-year varsity letterwinner for both cross country and track and field... Member of the National Honor Society at Pennsbury... Mother, Kelli (O'Donnell) Twomey '89, is Saint Joseph's school recordholder in the indoor 5000m (16:42.57) and a member of Saint Joseph's Track Hall of Fame and Athletics Hall of Fame... Father, Vincent '86, captained the Saint Joseph's men's track and field squads, ran the five-mile in 25:02, and led squad to Big 5 Championship... Brother, Vincent '24, runs for the Saint Joseph's men's track and field and cross country squads... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in accounting and Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in accounting and began graduate school at Saint Joseph's in Fall 2020.
