Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 3000m and 5000m twice each... Ran collegiate-best 5000m in 20:04.20 for seventh overall at the Frank Colden Invitational... Also placed seventh in the 5000m (20:24.63) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge... Ran season-best 3000m (11:16.31) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Took 10th in the 3000m (11:24.33) at the Moravian College Indoor Meet... Closed season with an 11th-place showing in the mile (5:43.15) at the Princeton Indoor Invitational.

Outdoor 2019: Won the 5000m (19:20.14 PR) at the Carol and John Covert Classic.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000m (11:13.30) at the Penn 8-Team Select, placing 13^th in the event.
 
Outdoor 2018: Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (2:33.62) and the 1500m (5:09.27) at the Widener Invitational, placing 58^th and 30^th, respectively…. Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000m (11:25.96) at the Rider 5-Way Meet, placing eighth in the event.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Recorded a personal-best time in the mile (5:36.44) at the Fastrack National Invite, placing 19^th in the event… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (2:37.13) at the Wagner Invitational, placing 34^th in the event.

High School/Personal: Ran 19:26 for 5k as a senior in cross country… Two-time All-Chesmont Second Team cross country selection during her junior and senior seasons… Received the Outstanding Senior Award… Received the Coaches Award for outdoor track as a senior… Earned four varsity letters in outdoor track, three in indoor track, and three in cross country… Captained all three squads during both her junior and senior seasons… Volunteered with “Our Children Making Change” and “Operation Christmas Child”… Is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes… Four-year Honor Roll student at Avon Grove… Twin brother, Tom, plays baseball for Ursinus College… Majoring in food marketing.
