Indoor 2019-20: In just second race of final season, ran the second leg of the first-place DMR (12:58.22) at the Moravian College Indoor Meet... Anchored the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:57.55) at the Villanova Invitational... Closed collegiate career at the Atlantic 10 Championships, anchoring the 11th-place 4x400m relay (4:01.05) and placing 14th in the 500m (1:19.68).

Outdoor 2019: Anchored the sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:56.58) at the ECAC Championships... Placed 23rd in the 400m (59.39) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on both the 4x200m relay and 1600m SMR at the Penn Relays... Posted collegiate-best times in both the 200m (27.03) and 400m (59.29) at the Widener Invitational... Ran the third leg of the third-place 4x400m relay (3:58.25) at the Rider Invitational... Ran the third leg on the sixth-place 1600m SMR (4:11.32) at the Colonial Relays.

Indoor 2018-19: Placed 15th in the 500m with a collegiate-best time of 1:19.13 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed fourth in the 500m (1:19.58) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Anchored the fifth-place 4x400m relay (4:00.23) at the Villanova Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 200m (27.25) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Ran the first leg of the third-place 4x400m relay (4:07.00) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2018: Ran the third leg of the ninth-place 4x400m relay (3:53.30) and placed 21st in the 400m (59.30) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed seventh in the 400m (59.33) at the Lehigh Games... Ran a leg on the 4x200m relay that competed at the Penn Relays... Ran the second leg of the first-place 4x400m relay (3:57.00 at the Rider Invitational... Ran legs on both the 1600m SMR and DMR at the Colonial Relays... Opened season with a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 400m (1:00.18) and 4x400m relay (4:04.19, second leg) at the Rider 5-Way Meet.

Indoor 2017-18: Placed 11th in the 400m with a collegiate-best time of 59.92 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed third in the 400m (1:01.33) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational... Anchored the first-place 4x400m relay (4:02.80) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge... Ran collegiate-best 300m (44.52) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Raced the 400m four times... Turned in season-best 400m time of 59.61 in final race of the season at the Lehigh Games for fourth place overall... Also placed sixth at the Widener Invitational (1:00.00) and Rider Invitational (1:00.45) and 12th at the Monmouth Season Opener (1:00.35)... Raced on sixth-place 4x400m relay (4:09.12) at Widener and ninth-place 4x400m relay (4:16.34) at Monmouth.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 4x400m relay four times and 400m three times... Turned in top-ten performances in nine of 11 total races... Placed sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:10.06) and seventh in only 500m of the season (1:23.47) in collegiate debut at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Raced on 16th-place 4x400m relay (4:12.67) at the Wagner Invitational... Placed ninth in the 400m (1:02.02) and added season-best 200m (27.62) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge... Took third in the 4x400m relay (4:08.64) and ninth in the 200m (27.74) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Turned in a trio of top-ten performances at Yale's Giegengack Invitational, placing fifth in the 4x400m relay (4:16.76), sixth in the 400m (season-best 1:00.11), and seventh in the Distance Medley Relay (12:54.16)... Capped season with a sixth-place finish in the 400m (1:00.86) at the Monmouth Winter Open.

High School/Personal: Individual 400m medalist at the 2016 Inter-Academic, Delaware, County, and PAISAA Championships... Raced on 4x400m relay team that won the InterAc League, Delaware County, and PAISAA State Championship titles... That same relay also placed twice at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships, claiming third in 2015 and eighth in 2016... Placed sixth in the SMR (4:02.86) and earned All-American status at the 2016 New Balance Outdoor Nationals... Won the 2016 R. Joseph Kellerman Great Valleys Sprint Medley Relay (4:09.5) in a new school record... Recipient of the 2016 Jo Trexler Award, presented to a senior recognized as the "Unsung Hero" of the team... Led squad to Inter-Academic title and PAISAA State Championships runner-up finish... Earned eight varsity letters between indoor and outdoor track and field... Captained both squads as a senior...
