Indoor 2019-20: Raced the open 500m four times, turning in SJU's four fastest times on the season (1:17.34, 1:18.03, 1:19.18, 1:19.32)... Ran legs on SJU's five-fastest 4x400m relay groups on the season... Ran the second leg of SJU's three-fastest DMRs on the season... Ran collegiate-best 500m (1:17.34) for 19th at ECACs Championships... Also ran the second leg of the ninth-place DMR at ECACs... That performance stood as SJU's fastest DMR of the season... Placed 11th in the 500m (1:19.18) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran second leg of ninth-place DMR (12:19.92) and third leg of 11th-place 4x400m relay (4:01.05) at A-10s... That DMR performance stood as SJU's third-fastest of the season... Ran the second leg of the first-place DMR (12:19.90) at the Fastrack National Invitational... That performance stood as SJU's second-fastest DMR of the season... Also ran season-best open 400m (59.75) for 14th as well as the first leg of the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:58.19) at Fastrack... That performance stood as SJU's second-fastest 4x400m relay of the season... Ran the third leg of the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:57.55) at the Villanova Invitational... Outdoor 2019: Ran on the sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:56.58) and 14th-place 4x100m relay (47.81) at the ECAC Championships... Ran on sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:49.50) and eighth-place 4x100m relay (47.81) and placed 14th in the open 400m (57.23) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed seventh in the 200m (25.91) at the Widener Invitational... Ran on the third-place 4x400m relay (3:58.25) at the Rider Invitational.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Ran on the 18th-place 4x400m relay (3:54.38) at the ECAC Championships... Ran on seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:54.33) and placed 19th in the open 400m (59.81) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran the second-leg on the first-place 4x400m relay (3:53.79) at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Recorded a personal-best time in the 300m (42.47) at the Penn State National Invitational for 15th overall.

Outdoor 2018: Ran on 18th-place 4x400m relay (3:52.64) at the ECAC Championships... Ran on ninth-place 4x400m relay (3:53.30) and placed 19th in the open 400m (59.21) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed fourth in the 400m (58.37) at the Lehigh Games… Anchored the first-place 4x400m relay (3:57.00) at the Rider Invitational.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Placed 13th in the 500m (1:21.71) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Recorded a personal-best time in the 200m (26.81) at the Villanova Invitational for 27th… Placed third in the 500m (1:21.83) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Placed 22nd in the 200m (26.19w) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season-best 400m hurdles time (1:06.64) for sixth overall at the Lehigh Games... Placed first in the 4x400m relay (3:57.56) and ran first collegiate 100m (13.06) at the Widener Invitational... Placed first in the 4x400m relay (3:58.80) at the Rider Invitational... Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay (4:03.18) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 400m and 500m three times each alongside four 4x400m relay races and a pair of DMRs... Placed 11th in the 400m (1:00.58) and ran second leg of 12th-place DMR (12:41.41) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Turned in a third-place finish in the 500m (season-best 1:17.92) at the Monmouth Winter Invitational... Closed season with a fourth-place finish in the 500m (1:18.76) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Ran on fourth-place 4x400m relay (4:11.15) and Distance Medley Relay (12:28.36) and added a fifth-place finish in the 500m (1:18.50) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran season-best 400m (1:00.30) and ran on her fastest 4x400m relay of the season (3:59.07) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Made collegiate debut in the 300m (43.23) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Followed up with only 60m hurdles appearance of the season (9.93) at the Wagner Invitational.

High School/Personal: 2014 state medalist in the 4x100m relay... Four-time state qualifier in the 300m hurdles, 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay... Three-time All-Conference All-Star Team selection... Two-time District Champion in the 100m hurdles... James M. Coughlin recordholder in the 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay... Four-year varsity letterwinner and senior team captain... Also lettered in volleyball... Graduated as a Distinguished Scholar from James M. Coughlin after earning Highest Honors all four years... Member of the National Honor Society and French Honor Society... Sister, Nathaniela, was a standout on SJU's track and field team from 2016-19... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in psychology and will begin graduate school at Saint Joseph's in Fall 2020.
