Outdoor 2017: Raced the 400m hurdles three times... Ran season-best time of 1:08.98 for 11th at the Widener Invitational... Also placed 12th (1:10.51) at the Lehigh Games and 27th (1:12.26) at the Rider Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced twice... Ran second leg of 4x400m relay that placed ninth at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Raced the 200m (28.81) at the Monmouth Winter Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Placed 14th in the 400m hurdles (season-best 1:04.87) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Finished second in the 400m hurdles (1:05.48) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:13.23) at the Widener Invitational... Placed second in the 4x400m relay (4:16.36) and sixth in the 400m hurdles (1:06.56) at the Lehigh Games... Opened season with seventh-place finish in the 400m hurdles (1:07.32) and season-best 200m (28.65) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Ran on four top-ten relays... Raced on first-place 4x400m relay (4:12.06) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic and second-place 4x400m relay (4:09.17) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Also ran on fifth-place Distance Medley Relay (13:07.94) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational and ninth-place 4x400m relay (4:23.98) at the Princeton Tri-Meet... Raced only individual races of season at Yale, turning in season-best 60m (8.53) and 200m (28.23).

Outdoor 2015: Raced the 100m four times and 200m three times... Posted season-best 100m (14.00) at the Widener Invitational... Turned in season-best 200m (29.12) at the Lehigh Games... Also posted 100m times at the Rider Invitational (13.79w), Lehigh Games (14.22), and Monmouth Season Opener (14.30) and 200m times at the Rider Invitational (28.92w) and Monmouth Season Opener (29.18w)... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Raced the 60m hurdles four times, 200m three times, and added a single performance in the 300m... Took ninth in the 60H in a season-best 10.05 at the Princeton Tri-Meet... Notched season-best 200m performance (28.84) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open... Ran the 60m hurdles (10.49) and 300m (46.86) in collegiate debut at season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational.

High School/Personal: Five-time Central Connecticut Conference All-Academic Team selection between indoor (3x) and outdoor track... Three-time CCC All-Conference selection in 300H (2x) and 55H... Holds school record in indoor 4x4 and DMR... Earned team MVP honors both indoor and outdoor season as a senior and received Coaches Award as a junior... Earned six varsity letters... Captained indoor and outdoor squads as a senior... Also lettered in volleyball and lacrosse... Earned CIAC All-Academic Team honors for both volleyball and lacrosse... Member of CIAC Class S State Championship squad for lacrosse... Majoring in psychology.
